ఎస్ఎస్బీ (Service Selection Board) ఇంటర్వ్యూ, మెడికల్ టెస్ట్, ఫిజికల్ టెస్ట్ ద్వారా అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. ట్రైనింగ్ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత అభ్యర్థులు అధికారులుగా నియమించబడతారు.
