**విజయవాడ (ఆరోగ్య విశ్వవిద్యాలయం):** రాష్ట్రంలోని పలు ప్రైవేట్ వైద్య కళాశాలల్లో ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి **జాతీయ వైద్య కమిషన్ (NMC)** అదనంగా **250 ఎంబీబీఎస్ సీట్లు** మంజూరు చేసింది. ఈ నెల 13న **పుత్తూరు అన్నా గౌరి మెడికల్ కాలేజ్**లో 100 సీట్లను 150కు పెంచగా, **కర్నూలు శాంతిరామ్ మెడికల్ కాలేజ్**లో 150 సీట్లను 200కు పెంచారు. తాజాగా గురువారం, **విశాఖపట్నం ఎన్నారై మెడికల్ కాలేజ్**లో ఉన్న 150 ఎంబీబీఎస్ సీట్లను 250కు పెంచుతూ అనుమతులు జారీ చేసింది.

**🏥 250 Additional MBBS Seats Approved in Andhra Pradesh Private Medical Colleges 🩺**
**Vijayawada (Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences):** The **National Medical Commission (NMC)** has approved **an additional 250 MBBS seats** in several private medical colleges across Andhra Pradesh for the current academic year. On October 13, **Anna Gauri Medical College in Puttur** increased its intake from 100 to 150 seats, and **Shantiram Medical College in Kurnool** from 150 to 200 seats.
On Thursday, permissions were granted to **NRI Medical College, Visakhapatnam**, to increase its MBBS seats from 150 to 250. Similarly, **Shantiram Medical College, Kurnool**, has been permitted to further expand its intake from 200 to 250. Officials said that **Letters of Permission (LoPs)** for the additional seats are awaited, and they will be included in the **third phase of MBBS counseling** conducted by Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada.
