అర్హత: ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ విభాగాలకు ప్రథమ శ్రేణి మార్కులతో సంబంధిత మాస్టర్స్‌ డిగ్రీతో పాటు గేట్‌ వ్యాలిడ్‌ స్కోర్‌ ఉండాలి. సీఎఫ్‌టీఐ సంస్థల నుంచి కనీసం 8 సీజీపీఏతో బీఈ/బీటెక్‌ ఉత్తీర్ణులు; కనీసం 7 సీజీపీఏతో బీఈ/బీటెక్‌ ఉత్తీర్ణతతోపాటు గేట్‌ వ్యాలిడ్‌ స్కోర్‌ ఉన్నవారు; ఏదేని ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ కళాశాల నుంచి 75 శాతం మార్కులతో డిగ్రీ పూర్తిచేసి గేట్‌ వ్యాలిడ్‌ స్కోర్‌ ఉన్నవారు కూడా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.

ఫైనాన్షియల్‌ అసిస్టెన్స్‌: ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు విశ్వేశ్వరాయ ఫెలోషిప్‌ కింద మొదటి రెండేళ్లు నెలకు రూ.38,750; చివరి రెండేళ్లు నెలకు రూ.43,750 అందిస్తారు. కంటింజెన్సీ గ్రాంట్‌ కింద ఏడాదికి రూ.1,20,000 ఇస్తారు. ఇంటర్నేషనల్‌ కాన్ఫరెన్స్‌లకు అటెండ్‌ అయ్యేవారికి రూ.లక్షన్నర ఇస్తారు.
