a) 📚 విద్యార్థినీ, విద్యార్థులు భారతపౌరులు గా, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రంలో చదువుతూ ఉండవలెను.
b) 5 వ తరగతి ప్రవేశం కొరకు సంబంధిత పాత జిల్లాలోని మండలంలో ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2023-24 విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో 3వ తరగతి చదివి, 2024-25 విద్యాసంవత్సరంలో 4 వ తరగతి చదువుతూ ఉండవలెను.
📅 ఓ.సి మరియు బి.సి (O.C, B.C) లకు సంబంధించినవారు 01.09.2014 నుండి 31.08.2016 మధ్య పుట్టి ఉండాలి.

c) 6 వ తరగతి ప్రవేశం కొరకు సంబంధిత పాత జిల్లాలోని మండలంలో ప్రభుత్వ లేక ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాలలో 2024-25 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో 5 వ తరగతి చదివి ఉండాలి.

f) జనరల్ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి ఓ.సి., బి.సి. మరియు మైనారిటీ విద్యార్థులు తప్పనిసరిగా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలో చదివి ఉండాలి.
g) యస్.సి. మరియు యస్.టి. విద్యార్థులు గ్రామీణ మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో చదివినప్పటికీ జనరల్ మరియు మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి అర్హులు.
h) మైనారిటీ విద్యార్థులు, మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశం కొరకు గ్రామీణ మరియు పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లో చదివి ఉండవచ్చును.
i) ఆదాయపరిమితి: అభ్యర్థి యొక్క తల్లి, తండ్రి/సంరక్షకుల (2024-25) సంవత్సర ఆదాయం ₹1,00,000/- మించి ఉండరాదు లేదా తెల్లరేషన్ కార్డు కలిగిన వారు అర్హులు.
j) సైనికోద్యోగుల పిల్లలకు ఆదాయ పరిమితి నియమం వర్తించదు. 🪖
Eligibility:
a) 📚 Students must be Indian citizens and must be studying in Andhra Pradesh state.
b) For 5th class admission, students must have studied 3rd class in the 2023-24 academic year in a government or government-recognized school in the relevant district and must be studying 4th class in the 2024-25 academic year.
📅 For O.C and B.C (O.C, B.C) students, they should have been born between 01.09.2014 to 31.08.2016.
📅 For S.C. and S.T (SC, ST) students, they should have been born between 01.09.2012 to 31.08.2016.
c) For 6th class admission, students must have studied 5th class in the 2024-25 academic year in a government or government-recognized school in the relevant district.
📅 For O.C. and B.C. students, they should have been born between 01.09.2013 to 31.08.2015.
📅 For S.C. and S.T (SC & ST) students, they should have been born between 01.09.2011 to 31.08.2015.
d) For 7th class admission, students must have studied 6th class in the 2024-25 academic year in a government or government-recognized school in the relevant district.
📅 For O.C. and B.C. students, they should have been born between 01.09.2012 to 31.08.2014.
📅 For S.C. and S.T. (SC & ST) students, they should have been born between 01.09.2010 to 31.08.2014.
e) For 8th class admission, students must have studied 7th class in the 2024-25 academic year in a government or government-recognized school in the relevant district.
📅 For O.C. and B.C. students, they should have been born between 01.09.2011 to 31.08.2013.
📅 For S.C. and S.T (SC & ST) students, they should have been born between 01.09.2009 to 31.08.2013.
f) For admission to general schools, O.C., B.C., and minority students must have studied in rural areas.
g) S.C. and S.T. students, even if they studied in rural or urban areas, are eligible for admission to general and minority schools.
h) Minority students can be eligible for admission to minority schools, whether they studied in rural or urban areas.
i) Income Limit: The annual income of the candidate's father, mother/guardian (for 2024-25) should not exceed ₹1,00,000/- or they must possess a white ration card to be eligible.
j) Children of military personnel are exempt from the income limit rule. 🪖
- దరఖాస్తు చేసుకొనుటకు మార్గదర్శకాలు:
a) జనరల్ మరియు మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లో ప్రవేశానికి దరఖాస్తు చేయగోరు అందరు అభ్యర్థులు తప్పక APRS - CAT 2025 వ్రాయవలెను. ✍️📚
b) మైనారిటీ పాఠశాలల్లోని, మైనారిటీ కేటగిరి సీట్లు కూడా ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష (APRS CAT-2025) ద్వారా భర్తీ చేయబడును. ప్రవేశం పొందగోరు విద్యార్థులు APRS CAT-2025 తప్పక వ్రాయవలెను. 🏫📝
c) అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తులను నింపుట కొరకు https://aprs.apcfss.in వెబ్ సైట్ ను సందర్శించవలెను.. 🌐
d) అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తులను నింపుటకు ముందు వెబ్ సైట్ నందలి నియమావళిని జాగ్రత్తగా చదువుకొని తమ అర్హతల పట్ల సంతృప్తి చెందిన తరువాత మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తులను నింపవలెను 📖✔️
e) అభ్యర్థి అర్హత ప్రమాణాల గురించి సంతృప్తి చెందిన తర్వాత, రుసుము చెల్లింపు లింక్ ని క్లిక్ చేయడం/ తెరవడం ద్వారా రూ.100/- రుసుమును పేర్కొన్న వ్యవధిలో ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా చెల్లించాలి. 💳💰
- ఆన్లైన్లో ఫీజు చెల్లింపు సమయంలో, అభ్యర్థి అవసరమైన ప్రాధమిక వివరాలను అనగా అభ్యర్థి పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, ఆధార్ నెంబర్, మొబైల్ నంబర్ మొదలైనవి ఇవ్వవలెను. 📱🆔
g) ఒక మొబైల్ నంబర్ను ఒక అప్లికేషన్ కోసం మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించవలెను. ఇవ్వబడిన మొబైల్ నెంబర్, OTP ద్వారా నిర్దారించబడుతుంది. 🔐📲
h) ఆన్లైన్లో ఫీజు చెల్లించిన తర్వాత, అభ్యర్థి ID జారీ చేయబడుతుంది. అభ్యర్థి ID జారీ చేయడం అంటే అభ్యర్థి ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తు సమర్పణను పూర్తి చేసినట్లు కాదు. ID. రుసుము రసీదుకి సంబంధించిన నిర్ధారణ మాత్రమే. 🆔✅ - ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును పూరించే ముందు అభ్యర్థి 3.5 X 45 సెంటీమీటర్ల పరిమాణంలో ఫోటో మరియు సంతకంతో సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి. దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్తో పాటు ఫోటో & సంతకాన్ని కలిపి స్కాన్ చేసి అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి. 📸✍️
j) ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును సమర్పించడానికి, అప్లికేషన్ ఫారమ్ లింక్పై క్లిక్ చేసి, అభ్యర్థి ID మరియు పుట్టిన తేదీతో లాగిన్ చేయవలెను. పిదప ఆన్లైన్ అప్లికేషన్ తెరవబడుతుంది. 🔗💻
k) ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును పూరిస్తున్నప్పుడు, తరగతిని జాగ్రత్తగా ఎంచు కోవలెను.. ఎంచుకున్న తరగతిని తర్వాత మార్చలేరు. 🏷️⚖️ - ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును సమర్పించేటప్పుడు (PHC/CAP/ORPHAN మినహా) ఇతర ఎటువంటి ధృవపత్రాలు సమర్పించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. కానీ, ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థి అడ్మిషన్ సమయంలో దరఖాస్తులో అందించిన సమాచారానికి తగిన ఒరిజినల్ సర్టిఫికేట్లను సమర్పించగలగాలి. (PHC/CAP/ORPHAN విద్యార్థులు ఈ కేటగిరి లకు సంబంధించిన SADAREM సర్టిఫికేట్ / CAP సర్టిఫికేట్/ ఎం ఆర్ ఓ జారీ చేసిన అందధ సర్టిఫికేట్ లు అప్ లోడ్ చేయవలెను. అనాధ కేటగిరి అనగా తల్లి తండ్రి ఇద్దరు లేని విద్యార్థులు మాత్రమే పరిగణింపబడును. 🧾📜
m) దరఖాస్తులో అభ్యర్థి తన కులం / కేటగిరిని తప్పుగా నమోదు చేసి, మరొక కేటగిరిలో ఎంపిక కాబడినచో ప్రవేశం ఇవ్వబడదు మరియు కులం / కేటగిరి మార్చబడదు. 🚫📋 - ఎలాంటి లోపాలు లేకుండా వివరాలను జాగ్రత్తగా పూరించాలి. ఏదైనా తప్పులు/తప్పుడు సమాచారం సమర్పించినట్లయితే, దరఖాస్తు / అడ్మిషన్ తిరస్కరణకు అభ్యర్థి పూర్తిగా బాధ్యత వహించవలసి వుంటుంది. ⚠️❌
o) ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తును సమర్పించిన తర్వాత, అభ్యర్థి తదుపరి అవసరముల కోసం దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్ యొక్క ప్రింటన్ను తీసుకోవాలి. 🖨️📄
p) అడ్మిషన్ సమయంలో అవసరమైన పత్రాలను సమర్పించడంలో విఫలమైతే మరియు నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఏదైనా కారణంతో అతను/ఆమె అనర్హులైతే అభ్యర్థి యొక్క దరఖాస్తు / అడ్మిషన్ ఎలాంటి నోటీసు లేకుండా తిరస్కరించబడుతుంది. 🚷🛑
- Guidelines for Application Submission:
a) All candidates applying for admission in General and Minority Schools must necessarily write the APRS - CAT 2025 exam. ✍️📚
b) The seats under the Minority category in Minority Schools will also be filled through the entrance exam (APRS CAT-2025). Students seeking admission must write APRS CAT-2025. 🏫📝
c) Candidates must visit the website https://aprs.apcfss.in to fill out the application. 🌐
d) Before filling out the application, candidates should carefully read the instructions on the website and only proceed with the application if they are satisfied with their eligibility. 📖✔️
e) After being satisfied with the eligibility criteria, candidates should click the payment link and pay the fee of ₹100/- online within the specified period. 💳💰
- During online fee payment, the candidate will need to provide basic details such as their name, date of birth, Aadhar number, mobile number, etc. 📱🆔
g) A mobile number should be used for only one application. The provided mobile number will be verified via OTP. 🔐📲
h) After the online fee payment, the candidate will be issued an ID. Issuance of the candidate ID does not mean that the candidate has completed the online application submission. It is only the confirmation of the fee payment receipt. 🆔✅ - Before filling out the online application, the candidate should have a 3.5 X 4.5 cm photo and signature ready. The photo and signature should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form. 📸✍️
j) To submit the online application, the candidate must click on the application form link and log in with their candidate ID and date of birth. The online application form will then open. 🔗💻
k) While filling out the online application, candidates must carefully choose their category. Once selected, the category cannot be changed. 🏷️⚖️ - When submitting the online application, no additional documents are required (except for PHC/CAP/ORPHAN categories). However, selected candidates must submit the original certificates corresponding to the information provided in the application during admission. (PHC/CAP/ORPHAN students need to upload SADAREM certificate / CAP certificate / MRO issued disability certificate, etc. An orphan category means students who have no father or mother.) 🧾📜
m) If the candidate incorrectly enters their caste/category and is selected in a different category, admission will not be granted, and caste/category changes will not be permitted. 🚫📋 - Details must be filled out carefully without any errors. If there is any mistake or false information submitted, the application/admission will be rejected, and the candidate will be fully responsible. ⚠️❌
o) After submitting the online application, the candidate should take a printout of the application form for future reference. 🖨️📄
p) If the candidate fails to submit the required documents during admission or becomes ineligible for any reason under the rules, their application/admission will be rejected without any notice. 🚷🛑 - హాల్ టిక్కెట్ల జారీ & పరీక్ష:
a) అభ్యర్థులు తమ హాల్ టిక్కెట్లను https://aprs.apcfss.in వెబ్సైట్ నుండి "హాల్ టికెట్ డౌన్లోడ్" లింక్ని క్లిక్ చేసి, వారి అభ్యర్థి ID మరియు పుట్టిన తేదీని నమోదు చేయడం ద్వారా డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. 📲🎫
b) అభ్యర్థులు వెబ్సైట్ నుండి మాత్రమే హాల్ టిక్కెట్లను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలి. అభ్యర్థికి ముద్రించిన హాల్ టికెట్ జారీ చేయబడదు. పోస్ట్ /మెయిల్ ద్వారా పంపబడదు. 🚫📬
c) హాల్ టికెట్ లేకుండా పరీక్షకు హాజరయ్యేందుకు అభ్యర్థులెవరూ అనుమతించబడరు. ❌📝
d) అభ్యర్థులు హాల్ టిక్కెట్పై పేర్కొన్న తేదీ మరియు సమయానికి సూచించబడిన పరీక్ష కేంద్రంలో ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకి హాజరు కావాలి. 📅🕒
e) ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష 2 గంటల వ్యవధితో, 100 మార్కులకు బహుళైచ్ఛిక ప్రశ్నలతో నిర్వహించబడుతుంది. ⏳🔢
f) ఆయా తరగతుల పరీక్ష కొరకు ఇవ్వబడు ప్రశ్నల సబ్జెక్టులు, ప్రశ్నల సంఖ్య మరియు మార్కులు క్రింది విధముగా ఉండును. 📚🔍
- Hall Ticket Issuance & Exam:
a) Candidates can download their hall tickets by clicking on the "Hall Ticket Download" link on the website https://aprs.apcfss.in and entering their candidate ID and date of birth. 📲🎫
b) Candidates must download the hall tickets only from the website. Printed hall tickets will not be issued to the candidates. They will not be sent via post/mail. 🚫📬
c) No candidate will be allowed to attend the exam without the hall ticket. ❌📝
d) Candidates must attend the entrance exam at the designated exam center on the date and time mentioned on their hall ticket. 📅🕒
e) The entrance exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours, consisting of multiple-choice questions for a total of 100 marks. ⏳🔢
f) The subjects, number of questions, and marks for the exam of each category will be as follows. 📚🔍

j) ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష, 26 జిల్లా ప్రధాన కేంద్రములలో మాత్రమే నిర్దేశించబడిన పరీక్ష కేంద్రాలలో నిర్వహించబడును. 🏫📍
k) సంబంధిత జిల్లాలోని పరీక్షా కేంద్రానికి తగినంతమంది అభ్యర్థులు లేని యెడల, ప్రక్క జిల్లాలోని పరీక్షా కేంద్రానికి కేటాయించబడతారు. 🔄🏢
g) The exam question paper for 5th grade will be available in (i) Telugu & English mediums 📚📝 and (ii) Urdu & English mediums 🖋️📖. For the remaining grades, it will be available only in Telugu and English mediums. 🇮🇳📚
h) The exam question paper will be available in both Telugu and English mediums for all grades. 🗣️📝
i) Candidates must fill the OMR sheet only with a blue/black ballpoint pen ✒️✍️ and follow the instructions provided. Any action contrary to the instructions may lead to the cancellation of the OMR sheet. 🚫📝
j) The entrance exam will be conducted only at the designated exam centers in the 26 district headquarters. 🏫📍
k) If there are not enough candidates for an exam center in the relevant district, candidates will be allocated to an exam center in a nearby district. 🔄🏢
