రెండు విధాలుగా అమలు
- ఈ స్కీమును రెండు విధాలుగా అమలు చేస్తారు. మొదటగా గుర్తింపు పొందిన కోచింగ్‌ సెంటర్లుల/ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్లకు సీట్లు కేటాయిస్తారు. ఇందులో ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్‌లే అర్హులైన విద్యార్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తాయి.
- రెండో విధానంలో సంబంధిత మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ విద్యార్థులను ఎంపిక చేసి, వారికి ఇష్టమైన కోచింగ్‌ సెంటర్లలో కోచింగ్‌ తీసుకునే వెసులుబాటును కల్పిస్తుంది.
- ఆయా కోచింగ్‌లకు సంబంధించిన ఫీజు మొత్తాన్ని రెండు విడతల్లో విద్యార్థుల బ్యాంక్‌ ఖాతాలో జమ చేస్తారు.
