అప్లికేషన్ల కోసం సంప్రదించండి జెమిని ఇంటర్నెట్, ధనలక్ష్మి రోడ్, హిందూపురం
The name on the photo identification card must match with the name as shown in the
Admit Card. If the name has been changed due to events such as marriage or etc.,
candidate must show the relevant document at the time of examination. Marriage
Certificate / Divorce / Decree / Legal Name Change Document must be produced in
original compulsorily.
Step-1: Register for Online Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and
note down system generated Registration Number.
Step-2: Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system generated
Registration Number.
Upload legible scanned images of:
(i) a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb–200Kb);
(ii) candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb-30kb);
(iii) candidate’s thumb (file size: 3kb to 30 kb);
(iv) Category Certificate (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb);
Step-3: Pay prescribed fee online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card (There is no
provision for payment through e-challan/cash.
All the 3 Steps can be done together or at separate timings date for fee submission. If the fee is deposited in Bank after prescribed last date for fee
submission, the candidature of the candidate will be rejected on the ground of non-
payment of examination fee. Fee once deposited in the Bank will not be refunded to the
candidate in any condition and it shall not be adjusted in anyway.
2.5 After the submission of Online Application Form (i.e. successful completion of Step-3),
Confirmation Page of the Application Form, should be downloaded and a printout of the
same may be retained for future reference. The Confirmation Page of the online
Application Form could be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.
2.6 Inspite of above, if successful transaction is not reflected on the Portal, it means
transaction is not complete and candidate may pay second time and ensure OK status.
However, any duplicate payment received from the candidate by NTA in course of said
transactions will be refunded (in the same payment mode through which the duplicate
payment is received), after fee reconciliation by NTA.

Application Procedure: Steps to be followed to apply online.
Candidates must read carefully the Instructions (including how to fill up the Application Form online) given in the Information Bulletin available on the NTA Website. Candidates not complying with the Instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
Step 1: Registration Form:
Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number. The candidate should supply the required details while filling the Online Application Form and is also required to create PASSWORD and choose
Security Question and enter his/her Answer. After successful submission of the personal details, an Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. This application number will also be used/referred for NVS - 2024. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and
created Password.
Step 2: Application Form : The Candidates can log in with the system-generated
Application Number and pre-created Password for completing the Application Form including filling up of personal details, applying for the Paper, choosing the Examination Cities, providing the details of Educational Qualifications, and uploading the images and documents (if any). Upload Scanned Images of Candidate Photograph, Thumb, Signature, Domicile Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Category Certificate (wherever applicable). The recent photograph should be either in colour or black/white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against white background
1. Scanned photograph, thumb and signature should be in JPG format.
2. Size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
3. Size of the scanned thumb should be between 3kb to 30 kb.
4. Size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
5. Size of the scanned copy of the certificates should be between 50 kb to 300 kb.
[Note: The Candidate has to upload only his/ her own
photograph, signature, and certificate(s) as mentioned above (and not of anybody else) in a correct/proper manner, as the facility for correction will not be given in the future. In case, it is found at any time in the future that the Candidate
has used/uploaded the photograph, signature, and certificate(s) of someone else in his/her Application Form/Admit Card, or he/she has tempered his/her AdmitCard/Result/Scorecard, these acts of the candidate shall be treated as Unfair Means (UFM) Practices and he/she shall be proceeded with the actions as contemplated under the provisions of the Information Bulletin relating to Unfair Means Practices.
Please check your photograph and signature before submission of the Application Form. In case the photograph or signature is blurred or not visible to identify the identity of the candidate then, the application will be rejected and no option for correction or revision will be permitted.
Step 3: Fee Payment:
After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable
are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator. The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee, then the candidate may have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway (in the helpline number and e-mail given in the Information Bulletin) for ensuring the successful payment or for obtaining the refund of duplicate / multiple payments].

అప్లికేషన్ నంబర్ మరియు వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలను పూరించడం, పేపర్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేయడం, పరీక్షా నగరాలను ఎంచుకోవడం, విద్యార్హతల వివరాలను అందించడం మరియు చిత్రాలు మరియు పత్రాలను అప్లోడ్ చేయడం (ఏదైనా ఉంటే) సహా దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్ను పూర్తి చేయడానికి ముందుగా రూపొందించిన పాస్వర్డ్. అభ్యర్థి ఫోటోగ్రాఫ్, బొటనవేలు, సంతకం, నివాస ధృవీకరణ పత్రం, పుట్టిన తేదీ సర్టిఫికేట్, కేటగిరీ సర్టిఫికేట్ (వర్తించే చోట) యొక్క స్కాన్ చేసిన చిత్రాలను అప్లోడ్ చేయండి. ఇటీవలి ఛాయాచిత్రం రంగులో లేదా నలుపు/తెలుపులో 80% ముఖం (ముసుగు లేకుండా) తెలుపు నేపథ్యానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా చెవులతో సహా కనిపించాలి
1. స్కాన్ చేసిన ఛాయాచిత్రం, బొటనవేలు మరియు సంతకం JPG ఆకృతిలో ఉండాలి.
2. స్కాన్ చేయబడిన ఫోటోగ్రాఫ్ పరిమాణం 10 kb నుండి 200 kb మధ్య ఉండాలి.
3. స్కాన్ చేయబడిన బొటనవేలు పరిమాణం 3kb నుండి 30 kb మధ్య ఉండాలి.
4. స్కాన్ చేసిన సంతకం పరిమాణం 4 kb నుండి 30 kb మధ్య ఉండాలి.
5. సర్టిఫికెట్ల స్కాన్ చేసిన కాపీ పరిమాణం 50 kb నుండి 300 kb మధ్య ఉండాలి.

ఫోటో, సంతకం మరియు సర్టిఫికేట్(లు) పైన పేర్కొన్న (మరియు మరెవరికీ కాదు) సరైన/సరైన పద్ధతిలో, భవిష్యత్తులో దిద్దుబాటు సౌకర్యం ఇవ్వబడదు. ఒకవేళ, భవిష్యత్తులో ఏ సమయంలోనైనా అభ్యర్థి కనుగొనబడవచ్చు
అతని/ఆమె దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్/అడ్మిట్ కార్డ్లో వేరొకరి ఫోటో, సంతకం మరియు సర్టిఫికేట్(ల)ను ఉపయోగించారు/అప్లోడ్ చేసారు లేదా అతను/ఆమె అతని/ఆమె అడ్మిట్ కార్డ్/ఫలితం/స్కోర్కార్డ్ను టెంపర్ చేసినట్లయితే, అభ్యర్థి యొక్క ఈ చర్యలు పరిగణించబడతాయి. అన్యాయమైన మీన్స్ (UFM) అభ్యాసాలు మరియు అతను/ఆమె అన్యాయమైన మీన్స్ ప్రాక్టీసెస్కు సంబంధించిన సమాచార బులెటిన్లోని నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఆలోచించిన చర్యలతో కొనసాగాలి.

దశ 3: రుసుము చెల్లింపు:
