అనంతపురం ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ నుండి జనవరి 18న అందించిన సమాచారం ప్రకారం, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం కార్పొరేషన్లకు పూర్వ వైభవం తీసుకురావడం కోసం ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేసింది. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఈ ఏడాదిలోనే కార్పొరేషన్ల ద్వారా రుణాల కేటాయింపులు చేపట్టాలని నిర్ణయించింది.

కేటగిరీల వారీగా రుణాల కేటాయింపులు

బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్:
బీసీ కేటగిరీలోని వివిధ కులాలకు 1,953 యూనిట్ల కోసం రూ.36.80 కోట్ల నిధులు కేటాయించబడ్డాయి. ఇందులో 50% సబ్సిడీగా, మిగతా 50% బ్యాంకు రుణంగా అందించనున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా:

జనరిక్ మెడికల్ షాపుల రుణాలు

జనరిక్ మెడికల్ షాపులు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకునే నిరుద్యోగ యువత కోసం ప్రత్యేక రుణాలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. ఒక్కొక్కరు రూ.8 లక్షల వరకు రుణం పొందవచ్చు. ఇందులో 50% లబ్ధిదారుడి వాటాగా ఉండగా, మిగిలిన 50% బ్యాంకు రుణంగా చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

రుణాల కేటాయింపులు:

• బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలో 35 యూనిట్లకు రూ.2.80 కోట్లు.
• ఈబీసీ కార్పొరేషన్: 17 యూనిట్లకు రూ.1.36 కోట్లు.
• కమ్మ కార్పొరేషన్: 9 యూనిట్లకు రూ.72 లక్షలు.
• రెడ్డి కార్పొరేషన్: 5 యూనిట్లకు రూ.40 లక్షలు.

The government is taking significant steps to restore the former glory of corporations by providing self-employment loans, loans for running medical shops, and reviving old schemes like the Adarana scheme.

Efforts for Revival:
At a press conference in Anantapur on January 18, it was announced that the coalition government has prepared plans to reinvigorate corporations . These corporations were used solely for processing applications under the Navaratnalu scheme, rendering them ineffective. The coalition government has now decided to allocate loans to these corporations, reviving their purpose.

Loan Allocations by Category

BC Corporation:
For the financial year 2024-25, 1,953 units have been allocated under the Andhra Pradesh Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System (APOBMMS) scheme. A total of ₹36.80 crore has been sanctioned, with 50% being a subsidy and the remaining 50% to be paid as a bank loan. The breakdown is as follows:

• BC Corporation: 1,728 units allocated ₹32.90 crore.
• EBC Corporation: 102 units allocated ₹1.77 crore.

పైన చెప్పిన ఉదాహరణలో ఆ నిర్మాణ సంస్థ తనకు కావాల్సిన ఉత్పత్తులు స్థానికంగా లభ్యమైనప్పటికీ తక్కువ ధరకు పొందాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో నేరుగా ఫ్యాక్టరీ నుంచి కాంట్రాక్టు కుదుర్చుకుంది. నిజానికి ఇక్కడ ఎక్స్‌ వర్క్స్‌ అనేది తప్పనిసరి కాదు. రవాణా, ఇతర ఖర్చులు కలిపినా తనకు స్థానిక ధరలతో పోలిస్తే తక్కువకు వస్తుంది. కాబట్టి ఆ విధంగా కాంట్రాక్టు కుదుర్చుకుంది.

అయితే, కొన్ని రకాల వ్యాపారాల్లో ఎక్స్‌ వర్క్స్‌ కాంట్రాక్ట్‌ అనేది తప్పనిసరి. ఉదాహరణకు ఆటోమొబైల్‌ రంగం. ఒక కారు డీలర్‌ తనకు కావాల్సిన కార్లను తప్పనిసరిగా ఎక్స్‌ వర్క్స్‌ ప్రాతిపదికనే కొనాలి. అంటే, కార్ల తయారీదారు, ఆ కారు డీలర్‌ కొనుగోలు చేసిన కార్లను ఎక్స్‌ వర్క్స్‌ ప్రాతిపదికన అంటే ఫ్యాక్టరీ గేటు దగ్గరే అందిస్తాడు. ఇలాంటి సందర్భాల్లో కొనుగోలు చేసిన కార్ల తాలూకు యాజమాన్య హక్కులు.. డీలర్‌ వేర్‌ హౌస్‌కో, షోరూమ్‌కో కార్లు చేరుకున్నప్పుడు కాకుండా కార్ల తయారీ స్థలంలోనే అంటే ఫ్యాక్టరీ గేటు దగ్గరే ఆ డీలర్‌ పొందుతాడు. ఉదాహరణకు హైదరాబాద్‌లో ఉన్న డీలర్‌ చెన్నైలోని ప్లాంట్‌లో కార్లు కొనుగోలు చేశాడు. రవాణాకు ఒక ఐదారు రోజుల సమయం పడుతుందని అనుకుందాం. అంటే జనవరి నెలాఖరులో కార్లు కొనుగోలు చేస్తే.. ఆ కార్లు డీలర్‌ దగ్గరకు చేరే సరికి జనవరి నెల పూర్తయి ఫిబ్రవరి మొదలవుతుంది. ఇలాంటి సందర్భాల్లో జీఎస్‌టీకి సంబంధించి ఇన్‌పుట్‌ ట్యాక్స్‌ క్రెడిట్‌ (ఐటీసీ) పొందటానికి కొంత ఇబ్బంది ఎదురవుతుంది. ఐటీసీ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఒక వస్తువు మీద క్రెడిట్‌ తీసుకోవాలంటే ఆ వస్తువును కొనుగోలుదారుడు కచ్చితంగా పొంది ఉండాలి. అంటే, రిసీవ్‌ చేసుకుని ఉండాలి. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు ఈ కారు డీలర్‌ తాను కొనుగోలు చేసిన కార్లను ఎప్పుడు రిసీవ్‌ చేసుకున్నట్లు భావించాలి? వాటి మీద ఎప్పుడు క్రెడిట్‌ తీసుకోవాలి? కారు భౌతికంగా తన షోరూమ్‌లో పొందినది ఫిబ్రవరిలో కాబట్టి కార్లను అదే నెలలో పొందినట్లు భావించి ఫిబ్రవరి నెల రిటర్న్‌లో క్రెడిట్‌ తీసుకోవాలా? లేదా తనకు యాజమాన్య హక్కులు జనవరిలోనే బదిలీ అయ్యాయి కాబట్టి, జనవరిలోనే తాను కార్లు పొందినట్లు భావించి సంబంధిత ఐటీసీ జనవరి నెల రిటర్న్‌లో తీసుకోవాలా ? ఇలాంటి గందరగోళం ఎక్స్‌ వర్క్స్‌ లావాదేవీల్లో ఉండేది.

Practical Example

In this scenario, although the company could locally procure materials, it opted for Ex-Works contracts due to lower overall costs, even after accounting for transportation and other expenses.

Essential for Certain Businesses

Some industries, like automobile dealerships, must operate under Ex-Works contracts. For instance, a car dealer in Hyderabad purchasing cars from a Chennai plant would receive ownership of the cars at the factory gate, not when they physically arrive at their showroom.

హైదరాబాద్, ఈనాడు: దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఈ నెల 22వ తేదీ నుంచి ప్రారంభం కానున్న జేఈఈ మెయిన్ ఆన్లైన్ పరీక్షల అడ్మిట్ కార్డులు (హాల్ టికెట్లు) జాతీయ పరీక్షల సంస్థ (ఎన్టీఏ) శనివారం విడుదల చేసింది. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ నెల 22, 23, 24 తేదీల్లో జరగనున్న పరీక్షలకు మాత్రమే హాల్ టికెట్లు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. విద్యార్థులు ఈ హాల్ టికెట్లను ఎన్టీఏ అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్ నుంచి డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఈ నెల 28, 29, 30 తేదీల్లో జరగనున్న పరీక్షల హాల్ టికెట్లు తరువాత విడుదల చేస్తారు.

**JEE Main Admit Cards Released**  

Hyderabad: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards (hall tickets) for the JEE Main online exams, which are set to begin across the country on January 22. Currently, the admit cards are available only for the exams scheduled on January 22, 23, and 24. Students can download them from the official NTA website. Admit cards for the exams scheduled on January 28, 29, and 30 will be released later. On the final day, January 30, Paper-2 will be conducted for B.Arch and B.Planning seats, while Paper-1 for B.Tech admissions will be held on the remaining days. Over 12 lakh candidates have applied for both papers across India, including approximately 1.5 lakh students from the Telugu states. The exams will be conducted in two shifts every day, morning and afternoon.  

**Items to carry to the exam center:**  

1. Admit card downloaded from the NTA website.  

2. A passport-sized photo to be affixed to the attendance sheet.  

3. Original ID proof uploaded during the online application.  

4. A ballpoint pen.  

5. A transparent water bottle.  

**Items not allowed:**

ఈ పరీక్ష ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో నిర్వహించబడుతుంది. మొత్తం 125 ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి.  

- **టెక్నికల్:** 100 ప్రశ్నలు  

- **జనరల్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్ అండ్ రీజనింగ్:** 25 ప్రశ్నలు  

ప్రతి సరైన సమాధానానికి 1 మార్కు లభిస్తుంది. ప్రతి తప్పు సమాధానానికి 0.25 మార్కు కోత ఉంటుంది.

**న్యూఢిల్లీ:**  

ఎంప్లాయీస్ ప్రావిడెంట్ ఫండ్ ఆర్గనైజేషన్ (EPFO) ఉద్యోగులకు మరింత సౌలభ్యాన్ని అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చింది. ఇకపై, యాజమాన్య అనుమతి లేకుండానే ఉద్యోగులు తమ వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలను ఆన్లైన్లో సవరించుకోవచ్చు.  

#### **మార్చుకోవచ్చే వివరాలు:**  

- పేరు  

- పుట్టిన తేదీ  

- జాతీయత  

- లింగం  

- తల్లి/తండ్రి పేరు  

- జీవిత భాగస్వామి పేరు  

- కంపెనీలో చేరిన తేదీ  

- కంపెనీ నుంచి రాజీనామా చేసిన తేదీ  

#### **ఇతర సౌకర్యాలు:**  

- ఆధార్ ఓటీపీ సాయంతో ఈపీఎఫ్ ఖాతాను కొత్త కంపెనీకి బదిలీ చేసుకోవచ్చు.  

- యాజమాన్య అనుమతి లేకుండానే బదిలీ క్లెయిమ్ దరఖాస్తులు నేరుగా EPFOకి సమర్పించవచ్చు.  

- 2017 అక్టోబర్ 1 తర్వాత **UAN** పొందిన వారికి ఎటువంటి పత్రాలు సమర్పించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉండదు.  

#### **2017 అక్టోబర్ 1కు ముందు UAN పొందినవారి కోసం:**  

- ఆధార్-యుఏఎన్ అనుసంధానం లేకుంటే పత్రాలను యాజమానికి సమర్పించి ధృవీకరించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.  

- ఆమోదం కోసం ఈపీఎఫ్ఓకి పంపడం అవసరం.  

#### **మంత్రివర్యుల ప్రకటన:**  

కేంద్ర కార్మిక, ఉపాధి శాఖ మంత్రి **మన్సుఖ్ మాండవీయ** ఈ సేవలను శనివారం ప్రారంభించారు. ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, **"EPFOకి వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదుల్లో 27% ప్రొఫైల్/కేవైసీ సమస్యలవే. ఈ కొత్త సేవల ద్వారా వాటిని సులభంగా పరిష్కరించవచ్చు."**  

#### **ఉద్యోగులందరికీ నూతన మార్గం:**  

ఈ కొత్త సేవల వల్ల ఉద్యోగులు తమ వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారాన్ని సులభంగా నవీకరించుకోవచ్చు, EPF ఖాతాను నూతన సంస్థకు వేగంగా బదిలీ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

### **Ease of Updating EPF Details Online Without Employer Approval**  

**New Delhi:**  

The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has introduced a major convenience for its subscribers. Employees can now update their personal details online without requiring employer verification or approval.  

#### **Details That Can Be Updated:**  

- Name  

- Date of birth  

- Nationality  

- Gender  

- Parent's name  

- Spouse's name  

- Date of joining the company  

- Date of resignation  

#### **Additional Features:**  

- EPF accounts can be transferred to a new company using Aadhaar OTP.  

- Employees can cancel pending transfer claims and submit new claims directly to EPFO without employer intervention.  

- No document submission is needed for members who received their **UAN** after October 1, 2017.  

#### **For Members Who Received UAN Before October 1, 2017:**  

- If Aadhaar is not linked with UAN, documents must be submitted to the employer for verification.  

- Verified documents need to be forwarded to EPFO for approval.  

#### **Minister’s Statement:**  

Union Minister for Labour and Employment **Mansukh Mandaviya** launched the services on Saturday. He stated, **“Around 27% of grievances received by EPFO are related to profile/KYC issues. These new facilities will significantly simplify the resolution of such issues.”**  

#### **A New Path for Employees:**  

This initiative empowers employees to easily update their personal information, seamlessly transfer EPF accounts to new employers, and eliminate delays caused by pending employer approvals.
