భారత ప్రభుత్వరంగ సంస్థ అయిన భారత్ ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ లిమిటెడ్ (బెల్) వివిధ ఉద్యోగాలకు నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. ఇందులో భాగంగా 350 ప్రొబేషనరీ ఇంజనీర్ పోస్టుల భర్తీ కోసం దరఖాస్తులను ఆహ్వానిస్తోంది. బీఈ/బీటెక్ లేదా బీఎస్సీ పట్టభద్రులు ఈ పోస్టులకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.

**అర్హతలు:**
ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్/ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ అండ్ కమ్యూనికేషన్/ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ అండ్ టెలికమ్యూనికేషన్/కమ్యూనికేషన్/టెలికమ్యూనికేషన్/మెకానికల్ బ్రాంచ్‌లలో బీఈ/బీటెక్/బీఎస్సీ ఫస్ట్ క్లాస్‌తో ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించినవారు అర్హులు. ఎస్సీ/ఎస్టీ/దివ్యాంగ అభ్యర్థులకు పాసింగ్ మార్కులే సరిపోతుంది. ఇవే బ్రాంచ్‌లలో ఏఎంఐఈ విద్యార్హత ఉన్నవారికి కూడా అవకాశం ఉంది.
**వయసు:**
01.01.2025 నాటికి 25 ఏళ్ల లోపు ఉండాలి.
**ఎంపిక విధానం:**
అభ్యర్థుల అకడమిక్ అర్హతల ఆధారంగా కంప్యూటర్ ఆధారిత రాత పరీక్షకు ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. రాత పరీక్షలో మెరుగైన ప్రతిభ కనబర్చిన వారిని ఇంటర్వ్యూ కోసం ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. ఇంటర్వ్యూలో అర్హత సాధించిన వారిని మెడికల్ టెస్టుల ద్వారా తుది ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.
**రాత పరీక్ష వివరాలు:**
ఈ పరీక్ష ఆన్లైన్ విధానంలో నిర్వహించబడుతుంది. మొత్తం 125 ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ ప్రశ్నలుంటాయి.
- **టెక్నికల్:** 100 ప్రశ్నలు
- **జనరల్ ఆప్టిట్యూడ్ అండ్ రీజనింగ్:** 25 ప్రశ్నలు
ప్రతి సరైన సమాధానానికి 1 మార్కు లభిస్తుంది. ప్రతి తప్పు సమాధానానికి 0.25 మార్కు కోత ఉంటుంది.
**వేతనం:**
ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు ₹3,50,400 - ₹5,10,400 మూల వేతనం చెల్లిస్తారు. వీటితోపాటు డీఏ, హెచ్ఎస్ఏ, ఇతర ప్రయోజనాలు అందుతాయి.

**350 Probationary Engineer Jobs at BEL**
Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a government-owned enterprise, has released a notification for various job vacancies. Among these, applications are invited for 350 Probationary Engineer posts. Candidates with BE/B.Tech or B.Sc degrees can apply for these posts.
**Total Vacancies:** 350
(Probationary Engineer Electronics: 200, Mechanical: 150 vacancies)
**Eligibility Criteria:**
Candidates must have passed BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in first class in the following branches: Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Telecommunication/Communication/Telecommunication/Mechanical.
For SC/ST/PwD candidates, passing marks in the qualifying course are sufficient. Candidates with AMIE qualifications in these branches are also eligible.
**Age Limit:**
As of 01.01.2025, the maximum age limit is 25 years.
**Selection Process:**
Candidates will be shortlisted for a computer-based written test based on their academic qualifications. Those who perform well in the written test will be called for an interview. Final selection will be based on performance in the interview and subsequent medical tests.
**Written Test Details:**
The exam will be conducted online in an objective format with a total of 125 questions:
- **Technical Questions:** 100
- **General Aptitude & Reasoning:** 25
Each correct answer will carry 1 mark, and for every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
**Salary:**
Selected candidates will receive a basic salary of ₹3,50,400 - ₹5,10,400 annually. In addition, DA, HRA, and other benefits will be provided.
