2. అర్హత విద్యా అర్హతలు:
- గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ అప్రెంటిస్: సంబంధిత స్ట్రీమ్ (ఇంజనీరింగ్ లేదా నాన్-ఇంజనీరింగ్) లో ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల నుండి డిగ్రీ పూర్తి చేయాలి.
- టెక్నిషియన్ అప్రెంటిస్: సంబంధిత స్ట్రీమ్ లో ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన సంస్థ నుండి డిప్లొమా పూర్తి చేయాలి.
3. స్టిపెండ్ రేటు:
- గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ (ఇంజనీరింగ్ & నాన్-ఇంజనీరింగ్) అప్రెంటిస్: రూ. 9000/- ప్రతిమాసం
- టెక్నిషియన్ అప్రెంటిస్: రూ. 8000/- ప్రతిమాసం
4. శిక్షణ వ్యవధి:
జాయినింగ్ తేదీ నుండి ఒక సంవత్సరం.
5. వయో పరిమితి:
- కనిష్ట వయసు: 14 సంవత్సరాలు
- అత్యధిక వయసు: అప్రెంటిస్ చట్టం ప్రకారం.
6. రిజర్వేషన్:
అప్రెంటిస్ చట్టం మరియు సవరణల ప్రకారం.
7. అర్హత ప్రమాణాలు:
- అభ్యర్థులు తాజా స్నాతక డిగ్రీ/డిప్లొమా పూర్తయిన వారు మాత్రమే అప్రెంటిస్ శిక్షణకు అర్హులు. వారి ఉత్తీర్ణత తేదీ మరియు జాయినింగ్ తేదీ మధ్య 5 సంవత్సరాల లోపు గ్యాప్ ఉండాలి.
- 1 నుండి 5 సంవత్సరాల గ్యాప్ ఉన్నట్లయితే, అభ్యర్థి ముందుగా శిక్షణ లేదా పని అనుభవం లేదని నిరూపించేందుకు మాజిస్ట్రేట్ లేదా నోటరీ చేత ఆఫిడవిట్ ఇవ్వాలి.
- 1 సంవత్సరమో, అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ కాలం శిక్షణ లేదా పని అనుభవం ఉన్న అభ్యర్థులు అర్హులు కాదు.
- పి.జి. డిగ్రీ (M.A./M.Com./M.Sc./M.B.A./M.Tech) కలిగిన అభ్యర్థులు గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ (ఇంజనీరింగ్ & నాన్-ఇంజనీరింగ్) అప్రెంటిసిప్‌షిప్ శిక్షణకు అర్హులేమి.
8. ముఖ్యమైన సమాచారం:
- ఇది కేవలం శిక్షణ పద్ధతి మాత్రమే, ఆర్డనెన్స్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ, వరంగావాన్ అప్రెంటిస్‌లను నియమించడానికి ఏవైనా బాధ్యతలు తీసుకోవడం లేదు.
- ఎప్పటికప్పుడు, ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియకు సంబంధించి అంగీకారపత్రాలు లేదా సమాచారాలు తప్పు / తప్పుగా ఉన్నట్లు కనుగొనినప్పుడు, ఎంపిక రద్దు చేయబడుతుంది.
- అభ్యర్థులు https://nats.education.gov.in వద్ద అప్రెంటిస్ పోర్టల్‌లో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
9. దరఖాస్తు ఎలా చేసుకోవాలి:
అర్హత కలిగిన అభ్యర్థులు దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్‌లోని సూచనల ప్రకారం, అన్ని సెమిస్టర్ మార్క్ షీట్ల స్వయంగా అంగీకరించబడిన నకిలీ ప్రతులు మరియు కుల సర్టిఫికేట్ (అవసరమైతే) జతచేసి ముఖ్య జనరల్ మేనేజర్, ఆర్డనెన్స్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ వరంగావాన్, తలూకా - భుసావల్, జిల్లా - జలగావన్ [MS]-425308 కు పంపాలి.
చివరి తేదీ: ఈ ప్రకటన పత్రం ప్రచురణ తేదీ నుండి 21 రోజుల లోపు దరఖాస్తులు ఆహ్వానించబడతాయి.
10. గమనిక:
- అపూర్ణమైన దరఖాస్తులు లేదా గడువు తేదీ తర్వాత అందిన దరఖాస్తులు ఆటోమేటిక్‌గా తిరస్కరించబడతాయి. ఈ విషయంపై ఎలాంటి ఫిర్యాదు/ప్రతినిధి విచారణలు స్వీకరించబడవు.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the position of Graduate (Engineering & Non-Engineering) and Technician (Diploma Holder) Apprentices, who will undergo one year of practical training under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 (amended in 1973, 2014 & 2019). Candidates must have completed their Degree/Diploma from Government-recognized universities/colleges.

2. Essential Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate Apprentice: Must have completed a degree in the respective stream (Engineering or Non-Engineering) from a Government-recognized university.
- Technician Apprentice: Must have completed a Diploma in the respective field from a Government-recognized institution.
3. Rate of Stipend:
- Graduate (Engg. & Non-Engg.) Apprentice: Rs. 9000/- per month
- Technician Apprentice: Rs. 8000/- per month
4. Period of Training:
One year from the date of joining.
5. Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 14 years
- Maximum Age: As per the Apprenticeship Act.
6. Reservation:
As per the provisions in the Apprenticeship Act and its amendments.
7. Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be fresh pass-out students, having passed their Graduation/Diploma within 5 years of applying. The gap between the passing date and the joining date should not exceed 5 years.
- If the gap is between 1 and 5 years, an affidavit signed by a Magistrate/Notary stating the candidate has no prior apprenticeship or job experience for a period of one year or more is required.
- Candidates with prior apprenticeship or job experience of one year or more are not eligible.
- Candidates with postgraduate qualifications (M.A./M.Com./M.Sc./M.B.A./M.Tech) are not eligible.
8. Important Information:
- This is a training program, and there is no obligation on the Ordnance Factory, Varangaon, to offer employment after the training period.
- The selection may be canceled if any documents or information are found to be false or incorrect.
- Candidates must register on the apprenticeship portal https://nats.education.gov.in before applying and bring proof of registration during document verification.
- The selection will be based on merit, considering the marks obtained in the degree/diploma exams, as well as the PVR and medical examination.
9. How to Apply:
Eligible candidates must send their applications in the prescribed format, along with self-attested copies of their mark sheets (all semesters) and caste certificate (if applicable). OBC candidates must also provide the creamy layer certificate along with their caste certificate. Applications should be addressed to:
