యూనియన్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (యూపీఎస్సీ) 2025 సంవత్సరానికి సంబంధించి సివిల్ సర్వీసెస్ (CSE) మరియు ఇండియన్ ఫారెస్ట్ సర్వీసెస్ (IFS) ఎగ్జామినేషన్లకు నోటిఫికేషన్లను విడుదల చేసింది. మొత్తం 979 సివిల్ సర్వీసెస్ మరియు 150 ఐఎఫ్ఎస్ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఈ నోటిఫికేషన్లు రావడం జరిగింది. అర్హత కలిగిన అభ్యర్థులు, డిగ్రీలో ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించిన వారు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు. దాదాపు అన్ని విభాగాల నుంచి అభ్యర్థులను పిలవడమే కాకుండా, చివరి సంవత్సరంలో చదువుతున్నవారు కూడా ఈ పరీక్షలకు అర్హులు.

వయోపరిమితి: అభ్యర్థుల వయసు 01.08.2025 నాటికి 21 నుంచి 32 సంవత్సరాలు ఉండాలి. రిజర్వ్‌డ్ కేటగిరీలకు వయసు సడలింపు ఉంటుంది.
పరీక్ష విధానం:
- ప్రిలిమ్స్ (రాత పరీక్ష)
- మెయిన్స్ (రాత పరీక్ష)
- ఇంటర్వ్యూ
- అభ్యర్థులను రూల్‌ ఆఫ్‌ రిజర్వేషన్‌ ఆధారంగా ఎంపిక చేస్తారు.
సివిల్ సర్వీసెస్ మరియు ఫారెస్టు సర్వీసెస్ కోసం ఒకే ప్రిలిమ్స్ పరీక్ష ఉంటుంది. మెయిన్స్ పరీక్ష వేర్వేరు అవుతుంది. ప్రిలిమ్స్‌లో 2 పేపర్లు ఉంటాయి, ఒక్కో పేపర్ 200 మార్కులకు, 2 గంటల వ్యవధితో ఉంటుంది.

UPSC Civil Services & IFS Notifications 2025: Application Invited for Various Posts in Civil and Forest Services
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the notifications for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) and Indian Forest Services (IFS) Examination for the year 2025. Through these notifications, applications are invited from eligible candidates for various posts in Civil Services and Forest Services. A total of 979 Civil Services and 150 IFS posts are to be filled. Candidates who have completed a degree are eligible to apply, and those in the final year of their degree are also eligible.

Indian Forest Services Examination-2025: 150 Vacancies
- Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Zoology, or Engineering.
Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years old as of 01.08.2025. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories.
Examination Pattern:
- Preliminary Examination (written)
- Mains Examination (written)
- Interview
- Candidates will be selected based on the Rule of Reservation.
The Civil Services and Forest Services will have a common Preliminary exam, but the Mains exams will be separate. The Preliminary exam consists of 2 papers, each for 200 marks and 2 hours duration.
Application Fee:
- Rs. 100 (No fee for SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates).
