న్యూఢిల్లీ: యూనియన్ పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ (యూపీఎస్సీ) తాజాగా సివిల్స్ దరఖాస్తుల నిబంధనల్లో మార్పులు చేసింది. **ఇకపై సివిల్స్ ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్షకు దరఖాస్తు చేసే అభ్యర్థులు వయస్సు, రిజర్వేషన్ కోటాలకు సంబంధించిన ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలను దరఖాస్తుతో పాటు ఆన్లైన్లో సమర్పించటం తప్పనిసరిగా ఉండనుంది.**
ఈ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలను సమర్పించని వారి అభ్యర్థిత్వాన్ని రద్దు చేయబడుతుందని యూపీఎస్సీ స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఈ మార్పుల వివరాలు 2025 జనవరి 22న విడుదలైన నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పొందుపరచబడ్డాయి.
### గత విధానం:
గతంలో, అభ్యర్థులు ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్ష పాసై మెయిన్స్‌కి అర్హత పొందిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే ఈ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాలను సమర్పించే అవకాశం ఉండేది. అయితే, **మాజీ ఐఏఎస్ ప్రొబెషనరీ పూజా ఖేడ్కర్ వివాదం** తర్వాత ఈ నిబంధనలను మార్చాలని యూపీఎస్సీ నిర్ణయించింది.
### వివాదం వివరాలు:
పూజా ఖేడ్కర్ ఓబీసీ, దివ్యాంగ ధ్రువీకరణ పత్రాల్లో తలెత్తిన వివాదం కారణంగా ఆమెను సర్వీసు నుండి తొలగించిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ ఘటన తర్వాత యూపీఎస్సీ తన నిబంధనలను కఠినతరం చేసింది, తద్వారా ఇలాంటి వివాదాలు తిరిగి సంభవించకుండా చూసుకోవచ్చు.
### సివిల్స్ పరీక్ష విధానం:
యూపీఎస్సీ నిర్వహించే సివిల్స్ పరీక్షలు మూడు దశల్లో జరుగుతాయి:
1. ప్రిలిమినరీ
2. మెయిన్స్
3. ఇంటర్వ్యూ
2025 సివిల్స్ ప్రిలిమినరీ పరీక్ష **మే 25న** నిర్వహించనున్నారు. అభ్యర్థులు **ఫిబ్రవరి 11 సాయంత్రం 6 గంటల లోపు** యూపీఎస్సీ అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్ (http://upsconline.gov.in) ద్వారా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.

### Changes in Civil Services Application:
#### Mandatory Submission of Age and Quota Certificates
**New Delhi:** The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has introduced changes to the application process for Civil Services examinations. **From now on, candidates applying for the Preliminary Exam must mandatorily upload certificates related to age and reservation quota online along with their application.**
UPSC has clarified that the candidature of those failing to submit these certificates will be canceled. The details of these changes were mentioned in the notification released on **January 22, 2025**.
#### Previous Process:
Earlier, candidates were required to upload these certificates only after clearing the Preliminary Exam and qualifying for the Mains. However, following the **controversy involving former IAS probationer Pooja Khedkar**, UPSC has revised its rules.
#### Controversy Details:
Pooja Khedkar was dismissed from service due to disputes regarding the OBC and disability certificates she submitted for Civil Services selection. To prevent such incidents in the future, UPSC has tightened its guidelines.
#### Civil Services Exam Pattern:
The Civil Services Examination, conducted by UPSC, consists of three stages:
1. Preliminary
2. Mains
3. Interview
The **2025 Preliminary Exam** is scheduled for **May 25, 2025**. Candidates can submit their applications online via the official website (http://upsconline.gov.in) by **6:00 PM on February 11, 2025**.

These changes aim to make the application process more transparent. Candidates must ensure that all required certificates are submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
