Notification
The XIX Convocation will be held tentatively on March 5, 2021, taking necessary precautions against COVID-2019.
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
- All regular Post-Graduate candidates i.e., M.A., M.Com, M.Sc., M.B.A, M. Tech, L.L.M, M. Pharm, M.C.A, M. Ed, M. P. Ed, P.G.D.C.A and M. L. I. Sc who passed out in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 only are eligible to apply for Convocation either in person or in absentia (if the number of applicants in person are more than the seats available in the Auditorium, the number of candidates to be allowed in person will be reviewed at a later date).
- However, all M.Phil and Ph.D candidates who received notifications upto 31-12-2020 are eligible to apply for convocation in person.
- All the candidates who passed out before 2017 can also apply by paying the prescribed fee in absentia only.
- All undergraduate students (both regular and Distance mode) of B. A, B. Sc., B. Com, B.B.M, B.B.A, B. C. A , B. Ed., B. P. Ed, B. Pharm, B.Tech, B.L.I.Sc and L.L.B shall apply for Convocation in absentia only. All candidates (UG or PG courses) who studied under distance mode are eligible for Convocation in absentia only.
- Regular students of Sri Krishnadevaraya University College who were selected for Gold Medals may attend the convocation in person by downloading Admit cards (by entering Regd. Nos). The list of Gold Medal awardees for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 will be displayed shortly on the website. They have to upload their colour photographs and signatures.
The last date to apply for XIX Convocation is 08-02-2021.
Instructions
- In Absentia/In Person Convocation fee Rs.1200 + Rs.15 = Rs.1215 (Candidates who have passed out in the 2017,2018 and 2019 only)
- Candidates who have passed out in the year 2016 should pay late fee Rs.1,000 + Rs.1,200 + Rs.15 =Rs.2215/-(Rupees Two thousand two hundred fifteen only).
- Candidates who passed out before 2016, should pay Rs.2,215 plus an additional amount of Rs.200/- for each year.
- Convocation fee must be paid online only by using all types of Credit cards/Debit cards/Net banking etc.,
- All eligible candidates should fill online convocation application and upload colour passport size photograph (less than 200KB) and Scanned Lower Degree Certificate (less than 200KB).
- The candidates shall download the application and take the printout of the copy of the application and enclose Xerox copies of all certificates of the Degree and Xerox copies of Lower Degree. The Application along with copies of Degree & Lower Degree certificates enclosing a self-addressed "A4 size" Cloth Cover should reach The Director, Directorate of Examinations, S.K.University, Ananthapuramu-515 003 within a week after submission of online application superscribed as "APPLICATION FOR XIX CONVOCATION".
- The application will display the total fee.
- Click the "Continue" button. The application will display the Payment Screen.
- Click the "Print Receipt / Acknowledgement" to download a PDF copy of your payment receipt.

For submission of hard copies of downloaded application along with Lower degree & other certificates in DoE office by in-person or by post is 15-02-2021.
No application will be considered after the last dates.
