ఆరు నోటిఫైడ్ మైనారిటీ వర్గాలకు చెందిన బాలికలు మాత్రమే ముస్లింలు, క్రైస్తవులు, సిక్కులు, బౌద్ధులు, జైనులు మరియు పార్సీలు అర్హులు. 9 వ తరగతి నుండి 12 వ తరగతి వరకు చదువుతున్న మైనారిటీ బాలిక విద్యార్థులకు స్కాలర్షిప్ ఇవ్వబడుతుంది మరియు కనీసం 50% సాధించింది. మునుపటి తరగతి / అర్హత పరీక్షలో మార్కులు లేదా సమానమైన గ్రేడ్.
విద్యార్థి యొక్క ఆధారాలకు పాఠశాల ధృవీకరణ అవసరం. ఈ ప్రయోజనం కోసం విద్యార్థులు పాఠశాల ధృవీకరణ ఫారమ్ను డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకోవాలని మరియు పాఠశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్ సంతకం చేయమని సూచించారు. ఛాయాచిత్రంపై మరియు రూపంలో ఇచ్చిన స్థలంలో ప్రధాన స్టాంప్ & సంతకం అవసరం.
స్కూల్ వెరిఫికేషన్ ఫారం యొక్క స్కాన్ కాపీని అప్లోడ్ చేసి దరఖాస్తుకు జతచేయాలి. అన్ని వనరుల నుండి విద్యార్థి తల్లిదండ్రులు / సంరక్షకుల వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ .2.00 లక్షలకు మించదు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం / యుటిల పరిపాలన ప్రకటించిన కాంపిటెంట్ అథారిటీ జారీ చేసిన తల్లిదండ్రులు / సంరక్షకుల ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రాన్ని విద్యార్థులు సమర్పించాలి. ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా, సంబంధిత విభాగం నుండి పొందిన ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రం కాకుండా, పర్ధన్ / సర్పంచ్, మునిసిపల్ బోర్డు, కౌన్సిలర్లు, ఎమ్మెల్యే, ఎంపి లేదా ఏదైనా గెజిటెడ్ అధికారి నుండి వచ్చిన ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రాలు కూడా పరిగణించబడతాయి. ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రం హిందీ / ఆంగ్ల భాషలో ఉండాలి.
ఒకవేళ ఆదాయ ధృవీకరణ పత్రం ప్రాంతీయ భాషలో ఉంటే, దానితో పాటు నోటరీ చేయబడిన హిందీ / ఇంగ్లీష్ వెర్షన్ ఉండాలి.
విద్యార్థులు “ఒక దరఖాస్తు ఫారం” మాత్రమే సమర్పించాలని సూచించారు. ఒకవేళ విద్యార్థులు ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ దరఖాస్తు ఫారాలను సమర్పించినట్లయితే, విద్యార్థులు సమర్పించిన అన్ని దరఖాస్తులు “డూప్లికేట్” గా పరిగణించబడతాయి మరియు “తిరస్కరించబడతాయి”.
అవసరమైన అన్ని పత్రాలను హిందీ లేదా ఇంగ్లీషులో మాత్రమే ఆన్లైన్ దరఖాస్తుతో అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి. ఒకే తరగతికి చెందిన ఒక కుటుంబానికి చెందిన ఇద్దరు విద్యార్థులకు స్కాలర్షిప్ ఇవ్వబడదు.

Only girl students belonging to six notified Minority Communities i.e. Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis are eligible.Scholarship will be awarded to minorities’ girl students who are studying in Class 9th to 12th, and have secured at-least 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate in previous class/qualifying exam.
The credentials of student requires School Verification. For this purpose the students are advised to download the school verification form and get it signed by the principal of the school. Principal stamp & signature are required on photograph and at the given space in the form.
The scan copy of the School Verification form is to be uploaded and attached to the application. Annual income of student’s parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.00 lakh. Students have to submit the Income certificate of parents/guardian issued by the Competent Authority declared by the State Government/UTs Administration. Alternatively, the Income Certificates from Pardhan / Sarpanch, Municipal Board, Councillors, MLA, MP or from any Gazetted Officer may also be considered, apart from the Income Certificate received from concerned department.Income Certificate must be in Hindi/English language.
In case the Income Certificate is in Regional language then it should be accompanied by notarized Hindi/English Version.
Students are advised to submit only “One Application Form”. In case if students submit more than one application form then all the applications submitted by students will be considered as “Duplicate” and will be “Rejected”.
All required documents only in Hindi or English must be uploaded alongwith online application. Scholarship will not be given to more than two students from a family of the same class.
