**Amaravati:** The **Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE)** has released the **2nd Phase Seat Allotment Results** for **B.Pharmacy** and **Pharm.D** courses under the **AP EAMCET BiPC Stream**. However, some candidates are facing difficulties in downloading their **allotment orders** due to a **technical issue preventing OTP generation**. ## 📰 **AP NEET Counselling Update – Round-3 Results Expected Today; 218 MBBS Management Quota Seats Vacant**

**Amaravati / Hyderabad, November 7, 2025:**

Master Trainer **Hareesh Reddy** has shared the latest updates on the medical counselling process for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He announced that the **AP MBBS Convener Quota (CQ) Round-3 results** are expected to be released **today (November 7)** or **tomorrow (November 8)**. He emphasized that the State counselling results should be declared before the **All India Quota (AIQ) Stray Vacancy Round choice filling**, to avoid confusion among students and prevent seat overlap issues.

Following the **Phase-2 counselling** for **AP MBBS Management Quota (MQ)**, a large number of seats have remained vacant. A total of **18 students took a free exit**, while nearly **200 students did not report** to their allotted colleges, covering **B1, B2, and C categories**. As a result, around **218 seats** are expected to be available for the upcoming **Stray Vacancy Round**.

In Telangana, the **Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS)** has reported several vacancies in **AYUSH courses**. Under the **UG AYUSH (CAQ)** category, a total of **104 Not Reported / Discontinued seats** were listed after the Mop-up Phase. For **BHMS (MQ)**, the **Free Exit window remained open until 1 PM on November 7**, while under the **BHMS All India Quota (AIQ)** (filled by KNRUHS), **14 seats remained vacant** after the Phase-2 counselling.

All these vacant seats will be filled in the upcoming **Stray Vacancy Rounds**, as per official updates.

**Sakshi, Amaravati:** The Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved the recruitment of **19 Sub Inspectors (SIs)** and **245 Constables** in the **Andhra Pradesh Special Police (APSP)** department. The recruitment will be conducted in **two phases**, according to official sources.

The **Finance Department** has issued clearance to the **State Police Recruitment Board (SPRB)** for initiating the recruitment process. Official orders were released on Thursday.

**Amaravati, November 6 (Andhra Jyothy):** A major controversy has erupted in Andhra Pradesh regarding the allotment of seats under the **Sports Quota** in medical counselling. There are serious allegations against Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAP) officials for allegedly diverting seats meant for AP sportspersons to candidates from other states, specifically mentioning the daughter of West Bengal IPS officer V.S.R. Ananthnag.

The SAP administrative officer issued a clarification on Thursday. He stated that the provisional merit list for the sports quota for MBBS admissions in the 2025-26 academic year was announced on October 9, strictly adhering to the government-prescribed rules. A seven-day period was provided to receive objections against this list. He clarified that IPS officer V.S.R. Ananthnag had submitted a representation to SAP requesting consideration of his daughter Padmavathi’s name under this quota.
