Eligibility Criteria

• Selection will be based on Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Document Verification, Trade Test, Written Examination, Detailed Medical Examination, and Review Medical Examination.

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), a government security agency, has issued a notification for various job openings. CISF provides security to establishments like nuclear power plants, space stations, currency note presses, docks, airports, steel plants, and thermal/hydraulic power plants. Recently, the CISF has released a notification to fill 1,116 Constable vacancies. The details of CISF Constable posts are as follows:

• Written Examination: The exam will be conducted in OMR/Computer-based Test (CBT) format in English and Hindi. Written test will be conducted after PNB/PET, Document Verification, and Trade Test. Candidates who pass all stages will undergo Medical Tests. Final selection will be based on performance in the written exam.

Age Limit

• Candidates should be between 21 to 27 years of age. There is an upper age relaxation for CISF employees.
• For General and OBC candidates who have worked as CISF Constable (GD), Constable (Fire), Constable (Tradesman), the upper age limit is relaxed to 40 years.
• For SC/ST candidates, the age limit is relaxed up to 45 years. These candidates must have successfully completed three years of service in central government jobs.
• 10% of vacancies in each category will be reserved for Ex-Servicemen.

Physical Standards

• Height: 165 cm for males, 155 cm for females.
• Chest: 80-85 cm for males, 78-83 cm for females.
• Weight should be proportionate to height and age.

Physical Efficiency Test
As part of the test, candidates must complete a 1.6 km run in 6 minutes and 30 seconds, complete a 11-foot long jump in three attempts, and complete a 3 feet 6 inches high jump in three attempts. If candidates fail to qualify in any one of these attempts, they will not be selected for the next stage.

Written Examination
The written exam will be based on OMR/Computer-based Test (CBT) format with 100 questions for 100 marks. The exam will cover General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, Analytical Aptitude, and English/Hindi basic knowledge. The level of the exam will be 10th grade. The questions will be objective type multiple choice. There will be no negative marking.

అనంతపురం ఎడ్యుకేషన్: అనాథ, పేద వర్గాల విద్యార్థినుల కోసం ఏర్పాటైన కస్తూర్బా గాంధీ బాలికల విద్యాలయాల్లో (కేజీబీవీ) 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో ప్రవేశాలకు ప్రభుత్వం నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేసింది. ఈనెల 22 నుండి ఆన్లైన్లో దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చని సమగ్రశిక్ష ఏపీసీ టి.శైలజ తెలిపారు. ఈ మేరకు బుధవారం ఓ ప్రకటన విడుదల చేశారు. జిల్లాలో 31 కేజీబీవీల్లో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి 6, 11 తరగతుల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 తరగతుల్లో మిగిలిన సీట్ల భర్తీ కోసం బాలికలు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. ఆన్లైన్లో ఈనెల 22 నుంచి ఏప్రిల్ 11 వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చని వెల్లడించారు. అనాథలు, బడి బయట పిల్లలు, డ్రాపౌట్స్ (బడి మానేసిన వారు), పేద, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీ, మైనార్టీ, బీపీఎల్ బాలికలు మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని కోరారు.

ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా వచ్చిన దరఖాస్తులు మాత్రమే పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. దరఖాస్తు https://apkgbv.apcfss.in/ సైట్ ద్వారా పొందవచ్చని చెప్పారు. ఎంపికైన విద్యార్థులకు ఫోన్ మెసేజ్ ద్వారా సమాచారం అందుతుందని తెలిపారు. వివరాలకు 70751 59996, 70750 39990 నంబర్లను సంప్రదించాలని సూచించారు.

KGBV Admissions Notification Released

Anantapur Education: The government has released a notification for admissions to Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas (KGBV) for the 2025-26 academic year, which are set up for orphaned, underprivileged students. T. Shailaja, the State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha, announced that applications can be submitted online starting from the 22nd of this month. A statement was released on Wednesday regarding this. In the district, 31 KGBVs will offer admissions for classes 6 and 11 for the 2025-26 academic year, and for filling remaining seats in classes 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12. Girls are advised to apply for the same. The online application process will be open from the 22nd of this month until April 11. Only orphaned children, school dropouts, children from poor families, SC, ST, BC, Minority, and BPL girls are eligible to apply.
