Written test on 1st for filling additional seats in Gurukuls
Tapovanam (Ananta Rural), News Today: A. Muralikrishna, District Coordinator of Anantapur district has informed that the written test will be held next Sunday to fill the additional seats specially increased in social welfare gurukula schools of Anantapur district. There are 8 Gurukula Vidyalayas in Anantapur district. It includes Kanekallu, B. Pappur for boys, Kurugunta, Timmapuram, Uravakonda, Gutti, Brahmasa Mudram and Korrapadu schools for girls. 80 seats will be filled at the rate of 10 per school in the respective schools. He explained that the fifth class seats are based on the marks obtained in the previously conducted entrance examination. 57 seats in 6th class, 29 seats in 7th class and 17 seats in 8th class will be replaced by written examination. The written exam was conducted on September 1 in the respective schools. Applications should be submitted by Saturday evening only in vacant schools. The examination will be conducted from 11 am to 1 pm and admission will be given based on merit. He explained that the details of vacant seats have been kept in the DCO's office. Those who got extra seats will not have tuition fees. He suggested that the applying students should attach a copy of Aadhaar, caste identification and study certificate.

మిలిటరీ స్కూళ్లలో 6, 9వ తరగతుల్లో ప్రవేశాలు Admissions in 6th and 9th classes in military schools

దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న రక్షణ మంత్రిత్వశాఖ పరిధిలోని రాష్ట్రీయ మిలిటరీ పాఠశాలల్లో 2025–2026 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి గాను ఆరో తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి సంబంధించిన కామన్‌ ఎంట్రెన్స్‌ టెస్ట్‌ నోటిఫికేషన్‌ విడుదలైంది. ఈ ఎంట్రెన్స్‌ టెస్ట్‌లో వచ్చిన మెరిట్‌ ఆధారంగా ప్రవేశాలు కల్పిస్తారు.

● 9వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశం కోరే విద్యార్థులు ప్రభుత్వ/ప్రభుత్వ గుర్తింపు పొందిన పాఠశాల నుం చి 8వ తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణులై ఉండాలి. ప్రస్తుత విద్యా సంవత్సరం 8వ తరగతి చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులు కూడా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు.

వయోపరిమితి: 6వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశం పొందడానికి 2025 మార్చి 31 నాటికి విద్యార్థి వయస్సు 10 నుంచి 12 ఏళ్ల మధ్య ఉండాలి. అంటే 2010 ఏప్రిల్‌ 1 నుంచి మార్చి 2012 మార్చి 31 మధ్య జన్మించి ఉండాలి.

రిజర్వేషన్‌: రక్షణ విభాగాల సిబ్బంది పిల్లలు, అలాగే, ఇతర వర్గాల పౌరుల పిల్లలకు మాత్రమే కేటాయించారు.

9వ తరగతి: ఇంగ్లీష్‌(50 మార్కులు), హిందీ(20 మార్కులు), సోషల్‌ సైన్స్‌(30 మార్కులు), మేథ్స్‌(50 మార్కులు), సైన్స్‌(50 మార్కులు). 8వ తరగతి స్థాయిలో ప్రశ్నలు అడుగుతారు. ఇంటర్వ్యూకు 50 మార్కులు ఉంటాయి.

The Common Entrance Test notification for admission to Class 6 for the academic year 2025-2026 in State Military Schools under the Ministry of Defense across the country has been released. Admissions will be given on the basis of merit in this entrance test.

Areas of military schools and their details: Chail (Himachal Pradesh), Ajmer (Rajasthan), Dholpur (Rajasthan), Belgaum (Karnataka), Bangalore (Karnataka). Rashtriya Military Schools provide education to boys and girls from the sixth to the twelfth standard. Children of defense personnel and children of other categories of citizens can study in these. These schools are run by the Ministry of Defence. These are residential public schools run in English medium.

Eligibility: Must have passed 5th standard from a government/government recognized school to get admission in 6th standard. Current academic year 5th class students can also apply.

● Students seeking admission in class 9 must have passed class 8 from a government/government recognized school. Current academic year 8th class students can also apply.

Age Limit: The age of the student should be between 10 to 12 years as on 31 March 2025 to get admission in 6th standard. That means born between April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2012.

Reservation: Reserved only for children of personnel of Defense Departments, as well as children of other categories of citizens.

Selection Process: Seat will be allotted based on common entrance test conducted by Ministry of Defence, interview, medical fitness and other reservations.

Entrance Test: Multiple choice questions will be given in the test.

Test subjects

6th Class: Intelligence (50 Marks), General Knowledge and Current Affairs (50 Marks), Maths (50 Marks), English (50 Marks). Questions are asked at 5th class level. 20 marks for interview.

తాడేపల్లిగూడెం రూరల్‌, ఆగస్టు 30: డాక్టర్‌ వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ఉద్యాన విశ్వవిద్యాలయం పరిధిలో బీఎస్సీ హార్టీకల్చర్‌ నాలుగేళ్ల డిగ్రీ కోర్సులో ప్రవేశానికి నిర్వహించిన హార్టీ సెట్‌ ఫలితాలను ఉప కులపతి డాక్టర్‌ కె.గోపాల్‌ శుక్రవారం విడుదల చేశారు. 266 మంది హార్టీసెట్‌ రాయగా 255 మంది ఉత్తీర్ణత సాధించారు. హార్టీసెట్‌లో మొదటి ర్యాంకు అనుమల విజయలక్ష్మి (సత్యసాయి జిల్లా), రెండో ర్యాంకు కుంపాటి పావని(నంద్యాల), మూడో ర్యాంకు గోసాల సతీష్‌ (ప్రకాశం) సాధించినట్టు వీసీ వెల్లడించారు.
