Post Name: SSC X (IT)- Unmarried Men for Short Service Commission(SSC) For IT Under Special Naval Operation

course commencing Jan 22 at Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala.

Job Location: All Over India

Educational Qualification: Flowing Degree with with minimum 60% marks in aggregate

(a) BE/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks in Computer Science / Computer Engg. / IT
(b) M.Sc (Computer / IT)
(c) MCA
(d) M.Tech (Computer Science / IT)

Pay Scale: Candidates will be inducted in the rank of Sub Lieutenant comes under L10 Pay band Rs. 56100-177500/-

Age Limit: Candidate should born between 02 Jan 1997 & 01 Jul 2002

Selection Process: 

  • Shortlisting of application will be based on normalised marks obtained in the qualifying degree. Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree will be normalised using formulae mentioned in Join Indian Navy website URL: – https:// www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/files/normalisation_ssc_jan_22.pdf.
  • SSB interviews will be tentatively scheduled from Aug 21 onwards at Bangalore/ Bhopal/ Visakhapatnam / Kolkata.
  • Medical Examinations- Medical standards/ Relaxation in Height and Weight, Tatoo, Pay & Allowances/ Group Insurance & Gratuity/ Leave Entitlements/ Tenure of Commission/ Duties of Officers. Please visit website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in for information.

Important Date:

  • Starting date to apply online:- 02nd July 2021
  • Closing date to apply online:- 16th July 2021

Application fee: Candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 205/- (Rupees Two hundred five only) through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI.

Process to Apply :Candidates are to register and fill application on Indian Navy website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in for
SSC (IT) w.e.f 02 Jul 21.

The standard of the question paper will be that of class 10th syllabus & sample papers for the examination are available on website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.
