2.      A domicile certificate issued by the concerned Revenue or Municipal Authorities certifying that the candidate and his either of parent have resided outside the a domicile certificate issued by concerned Revenue Authorities of the state of Karnataka regarding the previous domicile of the father / mother of the candida Candidate's Study certificate, Transfer Certificate. 3.      Father / Mother 10th standard marks card / cumulative record in original in support of mother tongue as Kannada / Tulu / Kodava (to be uploaded)

4.      A duly sworn declaration regarding mother tongue of the candidates (to be uploaded)

5.      2nd PUC/12th standard/Diploma Marks Card of the candidate (to be uploaded)

6.      Study certificate for either of the parent having studied for atleast 7 years in karnatka from the Head of the educational institution where he/she studied. (to be uploaded)

7.      QE (Degree) marks cards of the candidate (to be uploaded)

8.      Passport Size Photo (to be uploaded)
