Free MBBS Opportunity at Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute – Rare Chance for Medical Aspirants
Kalaburagi, Karnataka – A golden opportunity has emerged for students aspiring to pursue MBBS for free at the Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (SMSIMSR), located near Bengaluru. Established in 2023 and inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the institute is now inviting applications for its third MBBS batch.
2025 NEET aspirants across India, especially those from financially weaker backgrounds, can avail this fully free MBBS course, including hostel facilities, under one condition: students must commit to 5 years of compulsory service in hospitals associated with the university after completing their 5.5-year MBBS program (4.5 years course + 1-year internship).
During this service period, students will receive a monthly stipend, equivalent to what a junior doctor earns under government norms.

2025 NEET పరీక్ష రాయనున్న ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన విద్యార్థుల కోసం ఈ అవకాశాన్ని ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు. చదువు మరియు హాస్టల్ ఖర్చులు మొత్తం ఉచితం. కానీ ఒక నిబంధన తప్పనిసరి: కోర్సు పూర్తయ్యాక 5 సంవత్సరాలు సంస్థ అనుబంధ ఆసుపత్రుల్లో సేవలందించాలి.
