Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited (FSNL), a Government of India Enterprise located in Bhilai, has released a notification for the recruitment of 50 Non-Executive posts. These vacancies fall under Operations, Maintenance, Finance & Accounts (F\&A), and Personnel & Administration (P\&A) departments. The openings include 12 Supervisors, 3 Assistant Foremen (Mechanical), 2 Assistant Foremen (Electrical), 3 Assistants, 4 MRP Senior Operators, 4 Crane Operators, 6 Excavator Operators, 6 Tipper Operators, 2 Loader Operators, 4 Mechanics, 2 Electricians, and 2 Welders.
**అర్హతలు:**
సూపర్వైజర్, అసిస్టెంట్ ఫోర్మెన్, అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టులకు సంబంధిత విభాగంలో డిప్లొమా లేదా తత్సమాన అర్హతతో పాటు కనీసం 5 సంవత్సరాల అనుభవం అవసరం. ఎక్స్కవేటర్ ఆపరేటర్, టిప్పర్ ఆపరేటర్ పోస్టులకు ఐటీఐతో పాటు హెవీ మెషినరీ లేదా హెచ్‌ఎంవీ లైసెన్స్ మరియు కనీసం 1 సంవత్సరం అనుభవం ఉండాలి. మిగిలిన పోస్టులకు కూడా సంబంధిత ట్రేడ్ లో ఐటీఐ అర్హతతో పాటు 1 సంవత్సరం అనుభవం ఉండాలి.
**Eligibility:**
For Supervisor, Assistant Foreman, and Assistant posts, candidates must have a diploma or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of experience. For Excavator and Tipper Operator posts, ITI with HMV/HME license and 1 year of experience is required. All other posts also require relevant ITI qualification with 1 year of experience.

**Pay Scale:**
Operators will receive ₹25,070–₹32,010 per month, Assistants ₹27,080–₹39,160, and other posts ₹27,710–₹48,920.

రాత పరీక్ష, ట్రేడ్ టెస్ట్ లేదా ఇంటర్వ్యూల ఆధారంగా అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపిక చేస్తారు. అభ్యర్థుల డాక్యుమెంట్లను స్కిల్ టెస్ట్ సమయంలో పరిశీలిస్తారు. రాత పరీక్షలో సాధించిన మార్కులు, వైద్య పరీక్షల ఆధారంగా తుది ఎంపిక జరుగుతుంది. ఎంపిక విధానంలో సంస్థకు మార్పులు చేసే హక్కు ఉంది. ఎంపికైనవారిని దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఎక్కడైనా ఉన్న యూనిట్లు/ప్రాజెక్టుల్లో నియమించే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. పరీక్షలకు హాజరయ్యే అభ్యర్థులకు స్లీపర్ క్లాస్ రైలు ఛార్జీలను చెల్లిస్తారు.
**Selection Process:**
Candidates will be selected through written test, trade test or interview. Document verification will be done during the skill test. Final selection will be based on written exam marks and medical fitness. FSNL reserves the right to modify the selection process. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere across FSNL units/projects in India. Sleeper class train fare will be reimbursed for candidates attending the test/interview.
