📢 **పేదలకు ఇళ్ల పట్టాల పంపిణీపై కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి** 🏠 **Over 1.17 Lakh Applications for House Site Pattas – Focus on Poor Families**

ఇళ్లు లేని పేదల కోసం ఇంటి స్థలాలు కేటాయించడంపై కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించింది. పట్టణాల్లో *రెండు సెంట్లు*, గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో *మూడు సెంట్ల* చొప్పున భూమిని ఇవ్వాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ ప్రక్రియలో జిల్లాల్లో లబ్ధిదారుల ఎంపికతోపాటు స్థలాల గుర్తింపు కొనసాగుతోంది. మొదటి విడతలో అర్హులైన వారికి త్వరితగతిన పట్టాలు అందించేందుకు అధికారులు సిద్ధమవుతున్నారు.

The coalition government is actively working on allocating house site pattas for the poor who do not own homes. It has decided to allot **2 cents in urban areas** and **3 cents in rural areas** per beneficiary. Identification of eligible individuals and land is ongoing across the districts. The government aims to quickly distribute the pattas under the first phase to those selected.

ఇప్పటివరకు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా **1.17 లక్షల దరఖాస్తులు** అందగా, అత్యధికంగా కృష్ణా జిల్లాలో **14 వేల దరఖాస్తులు** వచ్చాయి. తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లాలో కూడా పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో దరఖాస్తులు వచ్చినట్లు అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. మొత్తం **6.53 లక్షల ఖాళీ ప్లాట్లు** రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్నట్లు గుర్తించారు.

So far, over **1.17 lakh applications** have been received through village/ward secretariats, with the highest number – **14,000** – from Krishna district. East Godavari has also seen a large number of submissions. Authorities have identified **6.53 lakh vacant house plots** across the state.

ప్రస్తుతం పరిశీలనలో ఉన్న దరఖాస్తుల్లో 17 వేల దరఖాస్తుల్ని పరిశీలించగా, కేవలం వెయ్యి వరకు మాత్రమే అర్హత పొందారు. *5 వేల దరఖాస్తులు తిరస్కరణకు గురయ్యాయి.* కొన్ని జిల్లాల్లో 5 వేల దరఖాస్తులు వచ్చినప్పటికీ, *అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు జిల్లాలో కేవలం 332 మాత్రమే* అందాయి.

Of the 17,000 applications verified so far, only **around 1,000 applicants were found eligible**, while **5,000 were rejected**. While some districts received around 5,000 applications, **Alluri Sitarama Raju district received only 332** applications – the lowest.

గత ప్రభుత్వం హయాంలో జరిగిన ఇళ్ల పట్టాల పంపిణీలో అనర్హుల ఎంపిక జరిగింది. అందులో **41 వేల మంది లబ్ధిదారులను** కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసింది. ఈ సంఖ్య త్వరలో **50 వేల్ని** దాటే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఇంకా **1.87 లక్షల దరఖాస్తులు** పరిశీలించాల్సి ఉంది.

The previous government’s allocation was disorganized, leading to misallocation. The current government has already declared **41,000 earlier beneficiaries as ineligible**, and this number may soon exceed **50,000**. Another **1.87 lakh applications** are yet to be reviewed.

మొత్తం **37,295 లేఅవుట్లు** వేసిన రాష్ట్రంలో, **24,88,669 ప్లాట్లు** సిద్ధం చేసినా, కేవలం **16,507 లేఅవుట్లలో మాత్రమే** 100% కేటాయింపు జరిగింది. *7 వేల లేఅవుట్లలో కేవలం 5% ప్లాట్లే* లబ్ధిదారులకు కేటాయించబడ్డాయి. ఇది కాగితాలపై ఉన్న అధికారిక గణాంకం.

Of the **37,295 layouts** planned in the state and **24.88 lakh house plots** readied, **only 16,507 layouts have 100% allocation**, and in **7,000 layouts only 5% plots** have been assigned to beneficiaries, according to official data.
