Bengaluru, Sept 2: The COMEDK has officially released the Round 4 Engineering Counselling Schedule. According to the notification, the process will begin from September 2, 5 PM with choice filling, and will close on September 4, 10 AM. The Round 4 allotment results, decision & fee payment will be available from September 5, 2 PM to September 9, 2 PM. Candidates allotted seats must report to their respective colleges between September 5, 2 PM and September 10, 4 PM.
👉 Candidates not allotted seats in previous rounds (1, 2, or 3) but allotted for the first time in Round 4 will get the option of “Accept & Freeze” or “Reject & Withdraw”. Those not allotted any seat in Round 4 will be out of COMEDK counselling and will get a refund of the total fee paid.
⚠️ If a candidate is allotted a seat in Round 4 but fails to join/report, they will lose their tuition fee and other fees paid at COMEDK level, and must also pay a penalty of 5 times the fee. Candidates are advised to make travel arrangements in advance as late reporting requests due to distance or ticket issues will not be entertained.
🔗 Students can check their Communication Tab in login for updates. Vacant seats, cut-off ranks, and final seat availability details after Round 4 will also be available online.

👉 రౌండ్‌ 1, 2 లేదా 3లో సీటు రాకపోయి, రౌండ్‌ 4లో తొలిసారి సీటు కేటాయించబడిన అభ్యర్థులకు “Accept & Freeze” లేదా “Reject & Withdraw” అనే అవకాశాలు లభిస్తాయి. రౌండ్‌ 4లో కూడా సీటు రాకపోతే, వారు కౌన్సెలింగ్ నుండి బయటకుపోయి, చెల్లించిన మొత్తం ఫీజు రీఫండ్‌ అవుతుంది.
⚠️ రౌండ్‌ 4లో సీటు కేటాయించబడినా, అభ్యర్థి కళాశాలకు రిపోర్ట్‌ చేయకపోతే, ఆయన/ఆమె చెల్లించిన ఫీజును కోల్పోతారు, అంతేకాకుండా ఐదు రెట్లు జరిమానా కూడా చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అందువల్ల అభ్యర్థులు ముందుగానే ప్రయాణ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలని, ఆలస్యమైన రిపోర్టింగ్‌ కారణంగా (దూరం, టికెట్లు అందుబాటులో లేకపోవడం వంటివి) ఇచ్చే అభ్యర్థనలను పరిగణించబోమని అధికారులు స్పష్టం చేశారు.
