### 📰 Revision of BSc Nursing Admission Rules: Seats Based on Merit and Percentile
**Amaravati (Eenadu):**
The State Government on Thursday issued orders revising the admission norms for BSc Nursing in private nursing colleges, aligning them with the guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
**Key Regulations:**
* **Basis of Admission:** Until the introduction of NEET for nursing admissions from the 2025-26 academic year, admissions will be based on the rank/score of the AP Nursing CET-2025.
* **Eligibility Percentile:** The minimum qualifying percentile for counselling has been fixed as follows:
* General Students: 50th Percentile
* SC, ST, OBC: 40th Percentile
* General-PWD: 45th Percentile
* SC, ST, OBC-PWD: 40th Percentile
