Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking, has released a notification for the recruitment of 51 Trainee Engineer-I and Trainee Officer-I positions for its Kotdwara Unit. This recruitment is on a temporary basis for a period of two years, extendable up to three years based on performance and project requirements.

Salary Structure / జీతం వివరాలు
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration as follows:
1st Year: ₹30,000/- per month
2nd Year: ₹35,000/- per month
3rd Year (if extended): ₹40,000/- per month
Additional Benefits: ₹12,000/- per year towards insurance and other allowances.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026) / వయోపరిమితి
Maximum Age: 28 Years for General & EWS candidates.
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.
అభ్యర్థుల వయస్సు 28 ఏళ్లు మించకూడదు. ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం ఎస్సీ/ఎస్టీలకు 5 ఏళ్లు, ఓబీసీలకు 3 ఏళ్ల వయో సడలింపు ఉంటుంది.

Selection Process / ఎంపిక విధానం
Pre-Registration: Candidates must register online by January 15, 2026.
Written Test: A 90-minute objective test (100 marks) scheduled for January 25, 2026.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for verification.
