Dear Applicant,
Please read the following instructions carefully before filling out the application form:
This application is only for admission to Class XI.
Each candidate can apply for only one group. The available groups are:
MPC – Maths, Physics, Chemistry
BiPC – Biology, Physics, Chemistry
MAE – Maths, Accounts, Economics
CAE – Commerce, Accounts, Economics
Only students studying in the English medium are eligible to apply.
Admission to Class XI is open only for male students.
A non-refundable application fee of ₹100 must be paid through SBI Collect in the final step. The payment receipt must be uploaded.
Applications may be rejected if any required details or documents are missing, unclear, or incorrect.
📄 Documents Required
Please keep scanned copies of the following documents ready.
Accepted formats: jpg, jpeg, png
Passport-size photograph (50 KB – 500 KB)
Aadhaar Card (Indian nationals) / Passport (Others) (50 KB – 2 MB)
Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC only) (50 KB – 2 MB)
VIII Annual, IX Annual, and X Half-yearly / Pre-final mark sheets (50 KB – 2 MB each)
SBI Collect payment receipt (PDF also accepted) (50 KB – 2 MB)
Please keep the Student’s PEN (Personal Education Number) and APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) ready while filling the form. Parents may contact the student’s present school to obtain these details.

ప్రియమైన దరఖాస్తుదారులారా,
దరఖాస్తు ఫారం పూరించేముందు క్రింది సూచనలను జాగ్రత్తగా చదవండి:
ఈ దరఖాస్తు కేవలం ఇంటర్ ఫస్ట్ ఇయర్ (Class XI) ప్రవేశానికి మాత్రమే.
ప్రతి విద్యార్థి ఒక గ్రూప్కు మాత్రమే దరఖాస్తు చేయాలి. అందుబాటులో ఉన్న గ్రూపులు:
MPC – గణితం, భౌతిక శాస్త్రం, రసాయన శాస్త్రం
BiPC – జీవ శాస్త్రం, భౌతిక శాస్త్రం, రసాయన శాస్త్రం
MAE – గణితం, అకౌంట్స్, ఎకనామిక్స్
CAE – కామర్స్, అకౌంట్స్, ఎకనామిక్స్
ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియంలో చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులు మాత్రమే అర్హులు.
Class XI లో ప్రవేశం కేవలం బాలురకు మాత్రమే.
చివరి దశలో ₹100 (రిఫండ్ లేని) దరఖాస్తు ఫీజు ను SBI Collect ద్వారా చెల్లించాలి, చెల్లింపు రసీదును తప్పనిసరిగా అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.
అవసరమైన వివరాలు లేదా డాక్యుమెంట్లు లేని పక్షంలో, స్పష్టంగా లేకపోయినా లేదా తప్పుగా ఉన్నా దరఖాస్తు తిరస్కరించబడే అవకాశం ఉంది.

ఫారం పూరించేటప్పుడు విద్యార్థి PEN నెంబర్ (Personal Education Number) మరియు APAAR ID తప్పనిసరిగా అవసరం. ఇవి తెలుసుకోవడానికి తల్లిదండ్రులు విద్యార్థి ప్రస్తుతం చదువుతున్న పాఠశాలను సంప్రదించవచ్చు.
