While most people think of professors and MBA students, the non-faculty system (Administration, HR, Finance, IT, etc.) is the backbone of the institute. IIM Lucknow has released a notification for these crucial non-faculty positions.

Eligibility Criteria / అర్హతలు
1. Educational Qualification:
Minimum 60% marks are mandatory in the relevant degree.
Managerial Posts: PG Degree with 5–10 years of experience.
Asst/Deputy Manager: Graduate/PG with 2–5 years of experience.
Junior Manager/Assistant: Graduation or Engineering degree with relevant experience.

Selection Process / ఎంపిక విధానం
There is No Written Exam for most roles. Selection is primarily based on an Interview (Online or Offline). Shortlisting will be done based on the candidate's profile, qualifications, and experience.

Contract Nature: These are contract-based roles (Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 4 years based on performance).
Application Fee: There is No Fee to apply.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (09:00 AM to 05:30 PM).
