Deputy Director (DD) of SC Welfare Department and ED of SC Corporation Radhika mentioned that an exercise on SC subsidy loans has been initiated. She said that efforts are being made to improve facilities in welfare hostels and the main objective is to bring welfare schemes closer to SC communities by coordinating with the SC Welfare Department and Corporation.

NIMS (Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences) in Hyderabad is now providing free heart surgeries for children from Andhra Pradesh as well. According to the Cardiothoracic Department doctors, surgeries will be conducted free of cost for all categories of children with valid approvals from Arogyasri and CM Relief Fund (CMRF).

To clear doubts regarding pediatric heart treatments at NIMS, Dr. Praveen mentioned that awareness programs have been initiated.

 Prasanthi Nilayam: District Assistant Labor Commissioner Surya Narayana has informed that the deadline to apply for 'E-Shram' portal ex-gratia claims for unorganized sector workers has been extended till the 31st of this month. He issued a press release on Friday stating that only those possessing an 'E-Shram' identification card are eligible to apply for the ex-gratia claim. E-KYC Deadline Extended Till April 30
 Prasanthi Nilayam: The government has extended the deadline for e-KYC registration related to ration cards till April 30. Authorities have advised that National Food Security Act (NFSA) cardholders should complete their e-KYC before the deadline. They mentioned that the list of cardholders who have not yet completed e-KYC is available with the Deputy Tahsildars of the Civil Supplies Department. Those whose names are on the list should visit their respective ration shops, VROs, or Secretariat staff and complete the e-KYC process by providing their fingerprint through the e-POS machine or using the VSWS mobile app.
