అలాట్మెంట్ ఆర్డర్ డౌన్లోడ్ చేసుకుని, ఫీజు చెల్లించి, అలాట్ అయిన **కళాశాలలో రిపోర్ట్ చేసిన తర్వాత** విద్యార్థులు అడిగిన ప్రధాన ప్రశ్నలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి:

### 🎯 ఫేజ్ 1 సీటు వచ్చినవారు సెకండ్ ఫేజ్లో పాల్గొనవచ్చా?
ఫేజ్ 1లో సీటు **అలాట్ అయి**, కాలేజీలో **రిపోర్ట్ చేసి, ఫీజు చెల్లించిన** అభ్యర్థులు కూడా **సెకండ్ ఫేజ్ కౌన్సెలింగ్లో** పాల్గొనవచ్చు.

ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్కు అర్హత ఉన్న విద్యార్థులు **ముందుగా ఫీజు చెల్లించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు**.
➡️ యూనివర్సిటీ నుంచి పొందిన **‘రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ కాపీ’**ని కాలేజీలో చూపించటం کافی.
➡️ ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ వర్తించని అభ్యర్థులు **కాలేజీలో చేరేటప్పుడు ఫీజు చెల్లించాలి**. 💵

Once students **download the allotment order, pay the fee, and report to the allotted college**, these are the key clarifications:

### 🎯 Can students with Phase 1 seats participate in Phase 2?
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in **Phase 1**, reported to the college, and paid the fee **can participate in Phase 2 counseling**.
➡️ If they get a seat in another college during Phase 2, the **Phase 1 seat will be automatically cancelled**.
➡️ They can join the Phase 2 college with the **new allotment order**.
➡️ Fees paid in Phase 1 can be **transferred** to the Phase 2 college. 🔄

### 🛑 What happens if a allotted student does not report?
If a candidate **does not report to the college by the prescribed date**, even after paying the fee, the **seat will be cancelled**. ❌
However, they remain **eligible for Phase 2 counseling**.
➡️ Since they have **not submitted original certificates** to the Phase 1 college, they can directly join the college allotted in Phase 2. 🏫

Students eligible for **fee reimbursement** **do not need to pay the fee in advance**.
