🎓 **NEET UG 2025: MCC Begins AIQ Stray Vacancy Round (MBBS/BDS/Nursing) | NEET UG 2025: ఎంసీసీ స్ట్రే వేకెన్సీ రౌండ్ ప్రారంభం**
New Delhi, November 4:**
The **Medical Counselling Committee (MCC)** has officially started the **All India Quota (AIQ) Stray Vacancy Round** for **MBBS, BDS, and BSc Nursing admissions** through **NEET UG 2025**. This fourth and final round offers one last chance for candidates to grab a medical seat at the national level.
**📅 Important Dates:**
* **Fresh Registration:** November 4–9 (till 12:00 PM)
* **Fee Payment:** Till 3:00 PM, November 9
* **Choice Filling:** November 5–9 (till 11:55 PM)
* **Provisional Allotment:** November 11
* **Final Seat Allotment:** November 12
* **Reporting to College:** November 13–20
Candidates already registered in earlier rounds but not allotted any seat **need not register again** — they can directly proceed to choice filling.
**🚫 Who is NOT Eligible:**
* Candidates admitted through AIQ Rounds 1, 2, or 3.
* Candidates allotted a seat in AIQ Round 3, whether they joined or not.
* Candidates admitted through State Quota up to Round 3.
**✅ Who IS Eligible:**
* Candidates who have not been allotted any seat in AIQ Rounds 1–3.
* “Free Exit” candidates from Round 1.
* Candidates who joined and later resigned during the permitted period.
* Candidates not allotted any seat in State Quota counselling.
**⚠️ Important Instructions:**
Once a seat is allotted in the Stray Vacancy Round, **joining is mandatory** — no withdrawal or resignation is allowed afterward.
Failure to join will result in **forfeiture of the security deposit** and **disqualification** from future special stray rounds.
Candidates are advised to fill in choices **only for colleges they genuinely wish to join**.

* AIQ రౌండ్లు 1–3 వరకు సీటు పొందని అభ్యర్థులు.
* రౌండ్ 1 లో “ఫ్రీ ఎగ్జిట్” తీసుకున్న అభ్యర్థులు.
* రౌండ్ 1 లేదా 2 లో సీటు పొందిన తరువాత, అధికారికంగా రాజీనామా చేసిన వారు.
* స్టేట్ కోటా ద్వారా సీటు కేటాయించబడని వారు.
