**పుట్లూరు, నవంబర్ 4 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి):** అరటి పంట ఆధారంగా వస్తువుల తయారీ యూనిట్ల స్థాపనపై ఆసక్తి కలిగిన యువతీయువకులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని ఐకేపీ కార్యాలయ అధికారులు మంగళవారం తెలిపారు. ఈ నెల 6న రాప్తాడులోని టీటీడీసీ కార్యాలయంలో అవగాహన కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించనున్నట్లు వివరించారు.
అరటి పంట కోత అనంతరం వేస్ట్‌గా తీసివేసే భాగాల నుండి దాదాపు 12 రకాల వినూత్న వస్తువులను తయారు చేసి మార్కెట్లో విక్రయించవచ్చని చెప్పారు. జిల్లాలోని నిరుద్యోగ యువత ఇలాంటి యూనిట్లు ఇంట్లోనే ఏర్పాటు చేసుకుని రోజుకు రెండు గంటలు పనిచేస్తే నెలకు రూ.15,000 నుండి రూ.20,000 వరకు ఆదాయం పొందవచ్చని తెలిపారు.
అదనంగా, ఈ యూనిట్ల స్థాపనకు కావాల్సిన పెట్టుబడిని రుణ రూపంలో ఐకేపీ సంస్థే అందిస్తుందని, ఆ రుణంపై 50 శాతం వరకు సబ్సిడీ లభిస్తుందని అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. గ్రామీణ యువత స్వయం ఉపాధి అవకాశాలను సద్వినియోగం చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.

**Putlur, November 4 (Andhra Jyothi):** The IKP (Indira Kranthi Patham) office has announced training for setting up banana-based product manufacturing units in the district. Interested youth are invited to apply, and an awareness program will be held on November 6 at the TTDC office in Rapthadu.
Officials explained that nearly 12 types of marketable products can be made from banana plant waste after harvest. Unemployed youth can start small-scale units at home and earn between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 per month by working just two hours a day.
They also mentioned that the initial investment required for these units will be provided as a loan by IKP, with a 50% subsidy available. Authorities encouraged rural youth to take advantage of this self-employment opportunity to achieve financial independence.
