Amaravati, Oct 31: The Isha Foundation has announced special ‘Inner Engineering’ yoga camps across Andhra Pradesh, aiming to bring inner transformation and mental balance through ancient yogic sciences. The camps will be conducted from November 5 to 11 in Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, and Nellore.

The sessions, based on practices designed by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, will be explained in Telugu to help participants gain deeper understanding. These practices are said to help in stress relief, emotional stability, focus, and clarity of thought.

Participants will also be taught the 21-minute Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. The sessions will be held from 6 AM to 9 AM and 6 PM to 9 PM between November 5–8 and 10–11.
