ECHS Recruitment 2026: Apply for 175 Medical Officer, Clerk, and Other Posts

New Delhi, January 02, 2026: The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) has announced a significant recruitment drive for the year 2026. A total of 175 vacancies are available for various roles including Medical Officers, Specialists, Clerks, and support staff.

The application process started on January 1, 2026, and the deadline to submit offline applications is January 28, 2026.

Vacancy Breakdown & Salaries

The recruitment covers a wide range of professional and support roles:

• Medical Specialists & Gynaecologists: ₹1,30,000/-

• Medical/Dental Officers & OIC: ₹95,000/-

• Para-Medical Staff (Pharmacist, Lab Tech, Nursing Asst): ₹36,500/-

• Administrative (Clerks, DEO): ₹29,200 – ₹36,500/-

• Support Staff (Driver, Peon, Safaiwala): ₹21,800 – ₹25,600/-

Eligibility Criteria

• Medical Roles: MBBS/MS/MD/BDS with relevant experience.

• Para-Medical: B.Pharma, B.Sc (MLT), GNM, or relevant diplomas.

• General Roles: Graduate for Clerks; 8th Class for Drivers and Peons; Literate for Female Attendants and Safaiwalas.

• Note: Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen.

Candidates must download the application format from the official website www.echs.gov.in. The completed form, along with self-attested photocopies of educational and experience certificates, must be submitted to:

OIC, ECHS, Stn HQ (ECHS Cell), Delhi Cantt.
