ఆర్మీ ధర్మ్ గురు ఆన్‌లైన్ ఫారం 2021 లో రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్‌ను దరఖాస్తు చేసే ముందు నోటిఫికేషన్ చదవండి.
అర్హత, ఐడి ప్రూఫ్, చిరునామా వివరాలు, ప్రాథమిక వివరాలు - అన్ని పత్రాలను దయచేసి సరి చూసుకోండి.
రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ ఫారమ్‌కు సంబంధించి స్కాన్ పత్రం - ఫోటో, సైన్, ఐడి ప్రూఫ్, మొదలైనవి సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోండి .
దరఖాస్తు ఫారమ్‌ను సమర్పించే ముందు ప్రివ్యూ మరియు అన్ని కాలమ్‌ను జాగ్రత్తగా తనిఖీ చేయాలి.
