4. Period of Training:

One year from the date of joining.

5. Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 14 years
• Maximum Age: As per the Apprenticeship Act.

6. Reservation:

As per the provisions in the Apprenticeship Act and its amendments.

7. Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates must be fresh pass-out students, having passed their Graduation/Diploma within 5 years of applying. The gap between the passing date and the joining date should not exceed 5 years.
• If the gap is between 1 and 5 years, an affidavit signed by a Magistrate/Notary stating the candidate has no prior apprenticeship or job experience for a period of one year or more is required.
• Candidates with prior apprenticeship or job experience of one year or more are not eligible.
• Candidates with postgraduate qualifications (M.A./M.Com./M.Sc./M.B.A./M.Tech) are not eligible.

8. Important Information:

• This is a training program, and there is no obligation on the Ordnance Factory, Varangaon, to offer employment after the training period.
• The selection may be canceled if any documents or information are found to be false or incorrect.
• Candidates must register on the apprenticeship portal https://nats.education.gov.in before applying and bring proof of registration during document verification.
• The selection will be based on merit, considering the marks obtained in the degree/diploma exams, as well as the PVR and medical examination.

9. How to Apply:

Eligible candidates must send their applications in the prescribed format, along with self-attested copies of their mark sheets (all semesters) and caste certificate (if applicable). బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్ ద్వారా సబ్సిడీ రుణాలు
స్వయం ఉపాధి రుణాలు, మెడికల్ షాపుల నిర్వహణకు రుణాలు, అలాగే ఆదరణ పథక పునరుద్ధరణకు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నాలు ముమ్మరం చేసింది.

పునరుద్ధరణకు కసరత్తు:
అనంతపురం ప్రెస్ క్లబ్ నుండి జనవరి 18న అందించిన సమాచారం ప్రకారం, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం కార్పొరేషన్లకు పూర్వ వైభవం తీసుకురావడం కోసం ప్రణాళికలు సిద్ధం చేసింది. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ఈ ఏడాదిలోనే కార్పొరేషన్ల ద్వారా రుణాల కేటాయింపులు చేపట్టాలని నిర్ణయించింది.

కేటగిరీల వారీగా రుణాల కేటాయింపులు

బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్:
బీసీ కేటగిరీలోని వివిధ కులాలకు 1,953 యూనిట్ల కోసం రూ.36.80 కోట్ల నిధులు కేటాయించబడ్డాయి. ఇందులో 50% సబ్సిడీగా, మిగతా 50% బ్యాంకు రుణంగా అందించనున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా:

• బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్: 1,728 యూనిట్లకు రూ.32.90 కోట్ల కేటాయింపు.
• ఈబీసీ కార్పొరేషన్: 102 యూనిట్లకు రూ.1.77 కోట్లు.
• కమ్మ కార్పొరేషన్: 58 యూనిట్లకు రూ.1.01 కోట్లు.
• రెడ్డి కార్పొరేషన్: 29 యూనిట్లకు రూ.50 లక్షలు.
• ఆర్యవైశ్య కార్పొరేషన్: 21 యూనిట్లకు రూ.36 లక్షలు.
• బ్రాహ్మణ కార్పొరేషన్: 14 యూనిట్లకు రూ.24 లక్షలు.
• క్షత్రియ కార్పొరేషన్: 1 యూనిట్కు రూ.2 లక్షలు.

జనరిక్ మెడికల్ షాపుల రుణాలు

జనరిక్ మెడికల్ షాపులు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకునే నిరుద్యోగ యువత కోసం ప్రత్యేక రుణాలు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. ఒక్కొక్కరు రూ.8 లక్షల వరకు రుణం పొందవచ్చు. ఇందులో 50% లబ్ధిదారుడి వాటాగా ఉండగా, మిగిలిన 50% బ్యాంకు రుణంగా చెల్లించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

రుణాల కేటాయింపులు:

• బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలో 35 యూనిట్లకు రూ.2.80 కోట్లు.
• ఈబీసీ కార్పొరేషన్: 17 యూనిట్లకు రూ.1.36 కోట్లు.
• కమ్మ కార్పొరేషన్: 9 యూనిట్లకు రూ.72 లక్షలు.
• రెడ్డి కార్పొరేషన్: 5 యూనిట్లకు రూ.40 లక్షలు.
• ఆర్యవైశ్య, బ్రాహ్మణ కార్పొరేషన్లు: 6 యూనిట్లకు రూ.48 లక్షలు.

ఈ పథకానికి బీఫార్మసీ లేదా డీఫార్మసీ పూర్తి చేసిన నిరుద్యోగ యువత మాత్రమే అర్హులు.

Subsidy Loans through BC Corporation
The government is taking significant steps to restore the former glory of corporations by providing self-employment loans, loans for running medical shops, and reviving old schemes like the Adarana scheme.

Efforts for Revival:
At a press conference in Anantapur on January 18, it was announced that the coalition government has prepared plans to reinvigorate corporations . These corporations were used solely for processing applications under the Navaratnalu scheme, rendering them ineffective. The coalition government has now decided to allocate loans to these corporations, reviving their purpose.

Loan Allocations by Category

BC Corporation:
For the financial year 2024-25, 1,953 units have been allocated under the Andhra Pradesh Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System (APOBMMS) scheme. A total of ₹36.80 crore has been sanctioned, with 50% being a subsidy and the remaining 50% to be paid as a bank loan. The breakdown is as follows:

• BC Corporation: 1,728 units allocated ₹32.90 crore.
• EBC Corporation: 102 units allocated ₹1.77 crore.
• Kamma Corporation: 58 units allocated ₹1.01 crore.
• Reddy Corporation: 29 units allocated ₹50 lakh.

• BC Corporation: 35 units allocated ₹2.80 crore.
• EBC Corporation: 17 units allocated ₹1.36 crore.
• Kamma Corporation: 9 units allocated ₹72 lakh.
• Reddy Corporation: 5 units allocated ₹40 lakh.
• Arya Vysya and Brahmin Corporations: 6 units allocated ₹48 lakh.

This scheme is exclusively for unemployed youth who have completed B.Pharm or D.Pharm degrees.

Eligibility Criteria

Documents Required for Application:

5. Passport-size photographs

For Generic Medical Shops:
Applicants must also provide B.Pharm or D.Pharm certificates. Additionally, the applicant’s age should be between 21 and 60 years.

Online Application Platform

The government has developed a website, https://apobmms.apcfss.in, which will soon be live. Applicants are advised to prepare the necessary documents to apply for these loans through the portal.

Conclusion:
By introducing these schemes, the government aims to provide financial assistance to SC, ST, BC, and minority communities, promoting self-employment opportunities. BC Corporation Executive Director Subrahmanyam stated, "Transparency in providing subsidy loans is our primary goal."
