ఎన్సీఆర్బీ పోర్టల్తో సైబర్ నేరాలకు చెక్
అనంతపురం క్రైం: నేషనల్ క్రైం రికార్డు బ్యూరో (ఎన్సీఆర్బీ) పోర్టల్ ద్వారా సైబర్ నేరాలకు చెక్ పెట్టవచ్చునని జిల్లా వాసులకు ఎస్పీ కేకేఎన్ అన్బురాజన్ సూచించారు. ఈ మేరకు ఓ ప్రకటన విడుదల చేశారు. తాజాగా గుత్తి పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ పరిధిలో ఈ మూడు నెలల వ్యవధిలో 50 మంది బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాదారులను సైబర్ నేరగాళ్లు మోసగించి ఖాతాల్లోని నగదును అపహరించగా... బాధితులు వెంటనే ఎన్సీఆర్బీ పోర్టల్ లో ఫిర్యాదు చేశారని, ఈ కేసులను సవాల్గా తీసుకుని 19 మంది బాధితులకు సత్వర న్యాయం చేకూర్చినట్లు వివరిం చారు. మిగిలిన కేసుల్లో దర్యాప్తు కొనసాగుతోందన్నారు. సైబర్ వలలో పడకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడాలన్నారు. ఆధార్ కార్డు, బ్యాంకు ఖాతా, వేలి ముద్రల్లాంటి వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారం ఇతరులకు ఇవ్వకూడదన్నారు. బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాకు ఆధార్ కార్డు నంబర్ను అనుసంధానం చేసి ఉండడం వల్ల అపరిచిత వ్యక్తులు అడిగితే ఆధార్ నంబర్ కాకుండా ఇతర ఐడీ నంబర్లను తెలపాలన్నారు. తరచుగా బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాలోని నగదు నిల్వను పరిశీలిస్తుండాలన్నారు. సైబర్ నేరగాళ్ల ఉచ్చులో పడితే వెంటనే cybercrime.gov.in లేదా 1930కు ఫిర్యాదు చేయాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.
Check for cyber crimes with NCRB portal
Ananthapuram Crime: SP KKN Anburajan advised the district residents that cyber crimes can be checked through the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) portal. An announcement was issued to this effect. Recently, cybercriminals have cheated 50 bank account holders and stolen cash from their accounts within the Gutti Police Station area... The victims immediately lodged a complaint on the NCRB portal, and 19 victims were given prompt justice by taking these cases as a challenge. He said that the investigation in the remaining cases is continuing. Be careful not to fall into a cyber trap. Personal information like Aadhaar card, bank account, finger prints should not be given to others. Since the Aadhaar card number is linked to the bank account, if strangers ask, they should give ID numbers other than the Aadhaar number. They want to check the cash balance in the bank account often. If you fall into the trap of cyber criminals, you are requested to immediately report to cybercrime.gov.in or 1930.
