    మనకు డిస్టెన్స్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ అనగానే ముందుగా గుర్తుకొచ్చేది.. ఇగ్నో(ఇందిరాగాంధీ జాతీయ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం). ఈ యూనివర్సిటీ అందించే వైవిధ్యమైన కోర్సులు, నాణ్యమైన స్టడీ మెటీరియల్‌ కారణంగా విద్యార్థులు ఇగ్నో కోర్సుల్లో చేరేందుకు ఆసక్తి చూపుతున్నారు.
 జూలై సెషన్‌ 2024–25కు సంబంధించి యూజీ, పీజీ, డిప్లొమా, పీజీ డిప్లొమా తదితర కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు ఇగ్నో ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. 

The first thing that comes to mind as distance education is IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National University). Due to the variety of courses and quality study material offered by this university, students are interested in enrolling in IGNOU courses. For July session 2024-25, IGNOU has released notification for admissions in UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma and other courses.

@ Telugu Courses
Poultry and dairy farming courses are also offered in Telugu medium. Teachers, Doctors, Nurses, Marketing Specialists, Medical Representatives, Tour Planners, Accountants, etc., are available at various levels for all professions and sectors. IGNOU also conducts courses to improve foreign languages, English skills and creativity in writing.

@ యూజీ స్థాయి కోర్సులు
బీఏ టూరిజం స్టడీస్, బీసీఏ, బీఎస్‌డబ్ల్యూ, బీఎల్‌ఐఎస్‌సీ, ప్రిపరేటరీ ప్రోగ్రామ్‌ ఉన్నాయి. బీఏ, బీకాం, బీఎస్సీ, బీఏ ఒకేషనల్‌ స్టడీస్‌(టూరిజం మేనేజ్‌మెంట్‌) కోర్సులను ఛాయిస్‌ బేస్డ్‌ క్రెడిట్‌ సిస్టం(సీబీసీఎస్‌) విధానంలో అందిస్తోంది.
సీబీసీఎస్‌ ఆనర్స్‌ విధానంలో.. బీఏ–ఎకనామిక్స్, హిస్టరీ, పొలిటికల్‌ సైన్స్, సైకాలజీ, పబ్లిక్‌ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్, సోషియాలజీ, ఆంత్రోపాలజీ, ఇంగ్లిష్‌ కోర్సులను ఎంపిక చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఆనర్స్‌ విధానంలో బీఎస్సీ బయోకెమిస్ట్రీ, బీబీఏ రిటైలింగ్‌ అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. 

@ UG Level Courses
There are BA Tourism Studies, BCA, BSW, BLISC, Preparatory programme. BA, BCom, BSc, BA Vocational Studies (Tourism Management) courses are offered under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS).
In CBCS Honors system.. BA – Economics, History, Political Science, Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Anthropology, English courses can be selected. BSc Biochemistry and BBA Retailing are available under Honors system.
